We got some home delivery from Orientable and we brought some delicious food but whoa, the really spicy chicken was bloody HOTTTTTTTTT!! Haha phew, it was so hot it was almost impossible to eat. Ok, ok I only just managed to eat the boneless chook, but I was perspiring and my mouth was breathing fire. Phew lol.
Thankfully we got a number of other side dishes to share otherwise I couldnโt have eaten the chook. But it was all tasty and I liked it, but I wonโt be ordering the really spicy chook again!
This place is definitely worth a take away order.

My partner and I went for dinner last night. It was quiet in this new restaurant but that was fine.
The service was really good hahaha
We were offered hot water instead of cold to start with which was great on a cool night.
Ordering from a tablet we tried almost everything on the menu... again haha
We had mixed skewers, pork belly skewers, unagi (eel) sushi, tuna sushi, chicken karage (hope that's what it's called) and a tuna cone that looked like an ice cream which was soooooo good!! Wow! I could have eaten them all night haha
The only thing we didn't try was the sashimi but that's for next time. This place is definitely worth a visit.
Although at this stage they have no liquor license and no byo. But they do take cards w a small surcharge. Enjoy! ๐
Great value, great food. This cozy and cheery Korean place is on Victoria Street amongst lots of Asian eateries. The food is seriously delicious with some lovely flavours. We had mackerel, and beef patties, with lots of side dishes โ some of the best Iโve had in Melbourne. This is a great little gem amongst the roughโn tumble of Victoria Street.
Absolutely delicious food. Fantastic, super friendly staff. We took our two kids (6 & 3) and the Korean Sashimi chef overheard our son say he loved the King Fish Sashimi so he slipped us over an extra little side of it ;) Really good experience and we'll definitely make it a regular.
I must say, everything we ate here was on point. The standout dishes were the Samgyetang (Ginseng chicken soup) and the salmon rolls. On top of that, the waitress recommended the tiramusi Mochi (sweet rice cake) which was icing on the cake. Overall, great quality food and for a reasonable price! (About $30 pp)
korean chicken soup๐๐ป๐๐ปginseng herbal flavour makes me feel healthy. Such a good place with warm staffs and nice dishes. Sashimi and sushi are fantastic too๐ฃ
I like the place. They have a lot of good Korean and Japanese dishes. Chicken Gangjeong is the best menu in this restaurant. and waitress is so nice.
the food materials are not only really fresh but also good quality. one of the best surprise things is that the food taste and design. really really good.ย

This place is amazing. The food is so well presented and made. All the sushi and sashimi is of the highest quality. Staff are friendly and obliging. The chefs are engaging and professional and really know their stuff. This place ticks all the boxes and yes it's finally licensed and you can byo wine.
Best dinner ever!!ย I had Poke Don and a Miso dessert just as a takeawayย and it was nothing short of delicious.ย The Poke Don is something I have never had before but will definitely be having again and again.ย It was surprisingly filling but I did manage to squeeze in the Miso dessert which was another taste sensation.ย Very attractive restaurant with lovely service so will be taking the 'eat in' option next time :)
They have good service and various tasty food, will go next time and try more. not loud, good to talk with friends and have a good meal quietly.
Love the Chicken Gangjeong and beef tataki sushi..udon was quite delicious as well..Nice restaurant nice food and nice chef๐ฌ very reasonable price..definitely worth a visit..great for couples, small group of friends
Been passed this place a few times then decided to try. Not disappointed at all, the food is great.
Ordered the popular fried chicken. The texture is very unique.
For the sushi rolls also good too. The bao is just okay.
But one thing that will make us come back is their skewers. The best things so far.
42 degrees after work I was thirsty as fk. Stopped by at this new place . Had a look what they have got for my Asahi . Asked the chef what would he recommend then I was served chicken skin and quail&bacon roll , a variety of small sashimi platter, fried chilli chicken. None of them I would complain they were taste good as heaven, fresh not frozen defrosted.
If you're looking for a nice small Izakaya style pub to go by yourself or with a mate. ๐๐ค๐

My family of 4 went to dinner at Orientable. We were greeted by a lovely waitress and a very user friendly electronic ordering system. Everything we ordered off that menu was full of flavour, from the sushi (try the prawn!), the skewers (the pork belly is arguably the best one I've had in Melbourne) and their udon mains. If you're looking for a peaceful dinner as a couple or family you won't be disappointed.
I visited here for dinner with group of friends. We had skewer sets, yaki udon, wagyu steak, sushi and sashimi set, chicken gangjeong, chicken ribs, ice cream and more. Food quality was very good. Especially the wagyu steak and chicken ribs were amazing and the ice cream!!! Great food, good value for money and friendly staff. We will definitely visit here again.
Awesome staff and the yummiest fusion style Korean and Japanese food in Melbourne! Casual touchscreen ordering style with fast preparation of food. The ice cream is soooo good too.
Dinner with friends was so good - the sushi and sashimi is so fresh. Try the eel sushi! Super affordable Japanese food and great service. Stands out amongst all the Vietnamese restaurant along Vic Street.
This is one of the restaurant served good quality food with decent price and located not to far from city. I went on recommendation and Iโve tried heaps on the menu. Will visit again for sure. :))
Unique and delicious japanese, I have enjoyed it every time and the food is consistently good. I recommend the vegetable T-gim. Nice dine- in experience too.

Spectacular Decor.
We ordered three things, a Bulgogi, sushi hand roll and a cold soba.
All three were presented to us by a very well-mannered waiter (he may also be the chef and owner). The food looked beautiful and tasted even better than it looked!
Though they do not seem to be very popular. Hopefully they will blow up some day soon.
10/10 and definitely will come back again.

Very fine dishes .resonable price. Abit small portion because I'm a big eater. I think chef has lots of experience I can smell it. I wll visit again. Good spot.
The chef`s food makes him forget the exhausting day of the day. It`s the very thing that my mother did when Iย was young.ย I wish Iย could eat every day.

I was glad that there was Korean food at the restaurant where I accidentally heard from my friends. First of all, I was impressed by the friendliness and kindness of the employees, and the taste of the dishes was unforgettable. I felt like I met an oasis in a travel destination. It felt like all the fatigue accumulated in the long journey felt relieved.

We regularly go to Victoria st, saw this one pop up a couple months ago, and we finally got a chance to go, and we were not disappointed. The food is fantastic super fresh and well presented. The service was AMAZING, but probably because we were the only ones there on a Friday at lunchtime ๐ณ I hope they get supported, it is a fantastic restaurant, well priced, great food.
It is hard to find a Japanese restaurant on this street, then again, this is not really a Japanese restaurant, but also provides Korean food. You order through the ipad, so you get to browse the menu with pictures. ย The staff is very friendly and the food is tasty.
The best place in richmond!
