Wonderful fresh authentic Thai dishes prepared with love!
Highly recommend.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Great Thai restaurant on Victoria Street and they are founded by the same owners as Ying Thai. They focus on home style Thai cuisine with big flavours. We ordered dishes and the pad kra pao was a favourite that night. Love the authentic flavours and do let them know if you are not a spicy fan as it can get quite spicy
Very friendly staff. Food came out quickly! We had a big group of 8, which they catered to efficiently. I really recommend the red curry, green curry, roti, and the pad thai.
Amazing food, taste like food I have in Thailand. It really take me back home. Staff are friendly and polite. Service is second to none. Love this place. Thank you for cooking such a great meal for us.
We had our farewell lunch for our colleague here today and we all have nice things to say. There were 12 of us whose different preferences were accommodated by the restaurant to the best of their ability. Waiting time is reasonable and allowed us to appreciate the ambiance. We didn't pass the chance to have a group picture with the nice Thai interior decor in the background. The food is awesome! We had curries, salads, and noodle soups and the group would love to go there again.
One of the most authentic Thai food in Melbourne. Eating in is more worth it than ordering it as the portion seem to reduce by half. If you can’t take spice, let them know. But overall, best Thai I’ve had in Melbourne
We went into this restaurant by its name relationship with Ying Thai and it certainly did not disappoint. Very familiar authentic flavours and chilli hotness from the Ying Thai era. Great lunch menu for group gathering and great atmosphere.
Ok, that’s it, shut up, discussion over, this is the best Thai experience in Melbourne. It’s the Sgt. Peppers of Thai Food. Extra rich flavours, inexpensive, the menu has both crowd pleasers and bold new unknowns. Eat at this restaurant.
Another one of our favourite Thai places in this city. We have been here twice with groups of friends and have been treated with care and kindness by staff members. Food has always been super fresh and tastes just like real Thai food should.
First class service, amazing food. It was a wonderful evening. I was very impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff were. The food was very fresh, very well presented and tasted amazing.
I highly recommend giving Thaiger Rabbit a visit.
First class experience. Thank you!
Great food and reasonably priced as well. A little bit cramped inside, but otherwise beautiful set up. Would definitely eat there again. Thanks for the lovely food :)
This was some of the nicest Thai I have eaten here in Melbourne! After a little wait post-ordering we thoroughly enjoyed Tod Mun Pla, Soft Shell Crab Som Tum and Chicken Jungle Curry. A mistake with the entree was promptly corrected and the dish given gratis. Faultless and I can’t wait to go back and try more!!
Polite and gentle service. Ordered the soft shell crab fried rice which was great. Would be better if the soft shell crabs were less salty, but overall still good. Also ordered chilli and basil rice with Thai fish cake. Thai fish cake was a tad salty, but the rest were great. Thai tea was very sweet. Would still give it 4/5. Quiet and nice ambience.
Would recommend the Thai Green Curry, Yum Woon Sen, Fried Rice w Sour Pork and the Tomyum seafood soup! If you like spice that is!
Disappointed with - the Pad Thai as the noodles were still undercooked. -The Papaya salad cause they rated the spiciness level with 3 chillis but it wasn't spicy nor was there much flavour to it. -Also the chicken wrapped in pandan leaves were too dry.
Really delicious Thai food sharing with friends! Highly Recommend Mild red curry (duck), Green Curry, Thai milk tea and cocoanut sticky rice ! I will Definitely come back to eat more 😄
Very mixed reviews on here! I came here at lunch and there was a 15$ menu which included main, one piece of entree eg spring roll and a drink (soft drinks or milk teas etc) My experience of food was delicious. I got the beef noodle soup which was flavoursome , thai ice coffee pretty refreshing on a hot day and spring roll which was tasty. The lunch deal was very filling and generous on noodle soup size. Service however was pretty slow for a lunch time especially when there wasn’t too many patrons.
Would come back again to try other things on menu
Love the pork skin salad, so crunchy and yummy. The duck fried rice is also delicious. The crispy chicken wings are also fabulous. Love the chili flakes too..soo spicy. The downside is the thai iced coffee taste so bad...100% syrup. Didn't finish it. I prefer water
Good food and nice place to eat in. Been here couple of time but only this time order the beef ball soup after they moved and changed their name to Thaiger Rabbit! Service is good and they provide a bell to call up the staff just in case they don't see you. Will definitely come here again
The noodles here are quite tasty, and be careful because when it says hot, they mean hot! Other dishes are pretty nice, although the meat beef was a bit chewy.
A few negatives: our curry took almost an hour to come, by which time we had to cancel it and leave. The waitress only told us at this point that curries take a long time to cook. If this was the case, they should've told us from the start so we knew not to order it, and even then 1 hour is quite ridiculous! The service is also not the best, and we could hear the staff yelling at each other in Thai from the restaurant counter to the kitchen. This ruined the atmosphere a bit, especially as the place is so small. The milk tea is expensive and just does not taste right.
Overall I would come back for the decently priced noodles (and the spice) but not in a hurry to try the other dishes.
My friend and I went here earlier tonight. The restaurant was really quiet until a pizza delivery guy dropped in delivering pizzas haha I've not seen that before!
As for the food the menu was pretty extensive aka we got a 1 page specials menu which we ordered from.
We had curry puffs, which were soooo feekin hot!! OMGOSH!! They were tasty ... eventually lol
I ordered the pork belly w chilli and lime leaves. I thought my plate was eaten before it was sent to the table. The pork was pretty scarce on the plate but what was, tasted alright, but not amazing.
My friend had the deep fried soft shell crab which was quite amazing and delicious! The batter was light and crispy. Yummm
For drinks we had a Thai style iced lemon tea, d although we only ordered 1 drink we got 2 lol. All good.
Overall the food and service was ok.
Nice little establishment with modern decor. The papaya salad was extremely spicy and not enjoyable heat even for us who always loves to eat spicy foods. Probably a good idea to advise customer when they order how hot it is. Green curry was nice.
Found this place only because Jinda Thai was not opened. And boy, am I glad we did!
Service was quick and friendly. Food was tantalizing, balanced in flavors, oh so generous, and wonderfully done. The steam fish was really spicy - which I love. Lard na noodles, though not as good as other places, was not too bad after some additional fish sauce and chili flakes were added in.
Yellow seafood curry was yummeh! Would definitely come back again. After all, price wise - they are really reasonable too!
Lovely food, some old Thai favourites with some surprises. Biggest surprise? Receiving mains before entrees.... is this a new trendy thing? I'm unsure
One of my favourite Thai places in Melbourne. All the food we ordered was great. Full of flavour and fresh. The decor is phenomenal and the waiting staff always on the ball and attentive. I definitely left with a satisfied tummy. If you like Thai food then do yourself a favour and check out this place
Hotness(x10)!! Sourness!! This is the place for it! It has many Thai dishes that are not commonly available in other Thai restaurants. Desserts are worth giving a try. Inside is trendy wooden decor with plenty of seatings.
Our favourite Thai joint in Melbourne by far. Been coming for many years now (since when they were called Ying Thai). The crackling skin pork salad, pad thai & tom yum are some of my favourites. Way tastier than the much busier Jinda down the road. Ask for less spicy of you can't take things hot. The only downside is they do cash only. Quite annoying when a dish is $20-$30..
Delicious, Affordable but SODIUM CRAZED. Like seriously I had lemonade AND juice AND a water craving driving home. It was madness....
Been here and had the whole steamed fish and both times it's been quite good mostly because I love fish and they steam it very well it's never tough and always soft. But anyway- yeah worth trying! Also had the tom yum soup which was super tasty. I gave the stir fried seafood in yellow curry a go as well but this just tasted like curry paste- that's how salty it was. Next time I would definitely opt for the usual green curry.
Coconut rice was a bit average- low on the coconut fragrance unfortunately.
Overall food is really nice, and the decor is pretty cool. Service was also friendly but didn't check up on us during the meal- that's okay though. A good Thai eat!
Casual, informal but fairly cool refurb - a few tables/chairs downstairs primarily aimed at 2s and 3s dining whilst upstairs are the bigger tables for groups and families.
Overall, food very good - soft shell crab with rice excellent, green chicken curry good (spicier than some) and the BBQ pork/fried chicken wings and drumsticks fine in their simplicity. Less successful were the noodle dishes.
What let the place down was the service. We asked for everything to be served together as, unusually, not everyone wanted to share. Thai food is full of flavour and mixing can be a challenge - especially if some wanted the food spicy and others not. The first meal was served 40 minutes before the last main and one dish had to be asked for 10 minutes later. It wasn't overly busy although one general feeling was that sitting downstairs would be better re service.
Disappointing, as we had no complaints whatsoever about the food once it arrived. We will return - but not as a group. And warning - CASH ONLY.
I got takeaway from here and oh my goodness it is amazing!!! The beef salad is so tasty and fresh and is actually spicy. The servings sizes are great and lots of variety in the veggies and all so fresh. I'll be going here all the time :)
Tasty and scrumptious Thai dishes are offered at Thaiger Rabbit. We tried Ying Thai 2 at Carlton and love it. So when we hear that they also have a sister restaurant in Abbotsford, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the softshell crab fried rice, which was delicious. The rice was well seasoned and served with tasty crab meat. We also tried the chicken padthai which was a bit over-salted/marinated. Nevertheless, we're happy with our dining experience overall.
Lovely food! Small but very clean eating area! Quick service! Coconut rice could have been more flavoursome!! Overall good first time dining here
Last year, my classmates told me this restaurant is so nice. So I came here to try their food. The plants make the atmosphere become cosy.
We ordered Pandan Chicken and the steamed fish, the service is fast that take 15mins to waiting for the dishes. The dishes are authentic thai food;panda Chicken tasted quite sweet and the fish is quite sour that stimulate the appetite. I love their coconut rice so much, which has coconut in the rice.
Loved their seafood fried rice. It is quite good for its price and came with a good amount of seafood. Although the calamari was a bit chewy.
First time dining here !!! Had a fantastic lunch !! Could not fault it! Crispy pork, Thai sausage, red and green curry and pandan leaf chicken all was amazing!!! To finish we had the coconut ice cream which was so refreshing what an amazing lunch we will be back soon!
With a name like that, we just had to try it. Very pleasantly surprised. Lots of menu items I have not seen in other Thai restaurants. The Thai Pork Sausages were sensational. I wasn't keen on the veg curry puffs, but that they has sweet potato in them, which I hate. The crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli was delicious, and the stir fired pork mince with spring onion was fantastic.
Thai cuisine has always been popular in both mainstream and hipster culture with the latter being integrated as menu item offerings in the inner city bars. Thankfully there's also a category of eateries that Thais would happily recommend and patronise. Ying Thai was one of them and Thaiger Rabbit is the reincarnation.
We were fortunate as a group to check this place out and in keeping with traditional Asian food values - the more of us, the more we can order to share. And that was exactly what we got to do and oh boy was that ever so amazing! Firstly to set the scene, Thai food is flavoursome with an abundance of ingredients going into each and every dish ranging from entree right through to desert. Thaiger Rabbit has managed to elevate this to the next level sans the pretentiousness of some city establishments where people are stupid enough to pay and queue up.
First world problem at an eatery is when you look at a menu and simply want everything - we experienced that and it wasn't because they hired a professional wordsmith to come up with flowery descriptions containing phrases like "asian slaw, chili jam, handpulled, line caught....". Presentation was simple and elegant. The orchestration of the ingredients alone was good enough to put serious doubt into whether we have ordered enough rice to accompany. Revisiting the previous point of flavour elevation; they have taken the standard Thai fare and turned it up a notch. Such examples were the tom yum soup and sour pork fried rice. Serving size is pretty generous and price is reasonable. We were fortunate to have the whole of the top floor t ourselves but despite being a full house, there's still plenty of elbow room.
Oh and make sure there's room for deserts - the durian and coconut cream is heavenly...
As a veteran thai food person, I have to say it's hard to get thai food wrong but even harder to become great and differentiate your restaurant from others especially if you serve traditional thai. Thaiger Rabbit have managed to do just that.
Me and my group of foodies visited Thaiger Rabbit for my birthday (thx everyone) recently and was impressed by the food.
We ordered fish cake, fried thai leek pancake, fish skin salad, Tom yum goong (must) red duck curry, deep fried fish with salad, fried chicken in pandan leaves (must), sour pork fried rice (must), durian sticky rice, fried banana and ice cream.
May be hard to believe but taste wise... everything was excellent. Authentic thai. Full flavor. Tom yum was so good I imagine it's the best one I've had in Melbourne. I was savoring every dish slowly as I didn't want that feeling to end but at the same time rushing to taste the next dish. So, I'm giving the food a double thumbs up.
This ambience brings you back to cafés you find in Bangkok. It's fairly comfortable and has some quirky decorative but nothing too fancy or interesting. But I enjoy the casual comfort. Service is a bit slow but this is to be expected for most (budget) thai restaurants in Melbourne.
Will definitely be back to try several other interesting dishes that I've missed out on.
Ying Thai...well done creating Thaiger Rabbit...👍😊
Thaiger Rabbit is the new Ying Thai with the same menu that I love but in a new location. They've done a great job with the place, very casual and relaxed atmosphere and modern/clean. My favourite dishes are the crispy pork (stir fried in your choice of sauce), papaya salad and the sour pork fried rice. I find the prices here very reasonable and the flavours are so spot on.
Would have given this place a 5 but service here can be a hit and miss depending on who is working!
I found the old Ying Thai at Victoria Street... It is now called Thaiger Rabbit by Ying Thai. I have been missing their Tom Yam soup and Sour Pork fried rice....tried at Ying Thai 2 at Lygon but still tasted different. So satisfied after having the generous and tasty dishes exactly like the original Ying Thai. The restaurant is newer, nicer deco and bigger. Happy to have YT back, Big thumbs up!
First of all the place looks great. Great feel, would make a great bar. We shared a beef laarb and chicken green curry. The larb was absolutely fantastic, best I've had. Spicy with plenty of flavour. The green curry while not the best I've had but still good, plenty of heat. While service leaves a little to be desired the pricing is bang on. Generous on the servings with the food unfortunately not so with the drinks. My Thai ice milk tea was served in a small glass that contained mostly ice.
I would venture here again for a quick Thai lunch
What a great find. This casual little Thai place has a great relaxed atmosphere. I ordered the Grilled Squid Salad. Fresh ingredients great Thai flavour. Definitely heading back soon.
I liked this place. Friendly happy service, and a great beer list if you like Asian beer (Beerlao Gold even). I agree with some other posters, there is a LOT of flavour packed into the dishes, maybe too much garlic in my pork with garlic and pepper but it was tasty. Oddly the streamed rice is delivered in an IKEA Tupperware container, so maybe not the place for a classy romantic date.
Great food and great tastes. Went here on a Sunday lunch trip. Staff friendly and happy overall. BYO wine as what's on offer is average. Green chicken curry fantastic@
Really nice Thai take away, big portions (enough for lunch the next day!) and one of the nicest Green curries I've ever tasted - heaps of flavor. We will definitely be ordering from here from now on.
A bit confused at first not knowing it is the same ying thai restaurant just got rebranded. Food was great as usual, great tom yum soup, pork skin salad and som tum are favourites! Service was great too, the waitress is very friendly :)
Absolutely love the food and people at Thaiger Rabbit, the waiters are friendly and willing to go the extra step to make sure that you have a great night and most importantly the food is amazing, very good quality food and great staff makes them a great place to go!
The staff was not really in the dining area busy with something in the kitchen, however really attentive once we made contact. Food was your average fair but the dry chilli flakes was the highlight for me. Extremely hot and hurts so good. The milk teas were nice and chive cakes were good too!
Interesting decor but meh on the ambience.
Decent service but the food are good and came in decent portions.
Not very expensive.
Might come back.
Authentic Thai Flavours. I am a regular at Ying Thai and find that their flavours are very authentic (and they don't hold back on the spice!) However, I do find the prices a bit overpriced for the portions, and sometimes there's an inconsistent wait between dishes. Staff service is ok, nothing overly impressive. Will keep going back for the quality of the food.
Good flavours and portion sizes, Ka Nar was great but more Chinese than Thai.
Pad Thai was disappointing so was the lack of serving spoons.
...It is Thai style deep-fried fish cakes. The seasoning was perfect although I couldn’t handle the spiciness...
Ying Thai is the first location of this popular Thai restaurant. Ying Thai 2 is located in Carlton and is frequently visited by Melbourne Uni students and locals. The Richmond venue doesn’t appear to be as popular around lunch weekdays but it doesn’t indicate quality whatsoever. The dish pictured above was the Chicken Flat Rice Noodle with Chilli and Basil, otherwise known as Pud Kee Mow. What I liked about this dish was that it was spicy, and a really decent hit of chilli at that. It might be too spicy for some, but it just hits the spot for me. The Pud Kee Mow, you can choose your protein of choice from Chicken, Beef, Pork or Vegetable, like many of their dishes actually. I’ve never actually had this before but I really did like the flavour, the spiciness, a bit of soy that adds sweetness and a hint of salt and the basil. You can’t forget the fragrant basil. They add carrots, capsicum, broccoli and cabbage if memory serves me correctly. I liked the abundance of vegetables no matter
Best Thai food I had in Melbourne!. Spicy lovers...this place is heaven...
Best Thai food I have in Melbourne... One of few places where their Tom Yum soup is clear and not pasty! Been to Thailand and this is one of the closest soup I can find that blows me away every time. Pandan chicken yum... Spicy squid is so spicy yum! Had the burnt/brown rice powder squid or something...best squid I had in my life. Pad gra pow...wow...been trying to replicate at home.
Highly recommended.

Above average but... Normally i'd go to ying thai 2,
but tonight we were in the area so decided to go ying thai 1.
I have been here before and quiet enjoyed the meal and remember it being always busy, but tonight it was empty....
possibly due to the new thai restaurant open in the corner, regardless, we went in and the staff was friendly enough and we ordered 3 dishes that I can never remember the names of.. -_-;;
It was nice and quick and the flavors were all there.
if your looking for good thai in the area, give this place a go.
Good takeaway. Not really for dining in but good serving size and yummy curries.
One of my favourite Thai restaurants in Melbourne
First time reviewed, the food is always excellent. The best Thai Restaurant in Melbourne and I agreed the service is very good , much better than another branch.5 STARS
Food is phenomenal. Service is average. Used to come quite often until one night we had made a booking and were kept waiting half an hour (out in the cold as there is little waiting space at the entry) which ruined the night. This happened a year ago. Manager has great customer service and was apologetic and sent us on our way with some coconut ice cream. Came back recently as we missed the food. Had made a booking for 9 and confirmed via phone also to make doubly sure and were sat promptly. Although it was a full house the food came quick, service again was average but the dishes were authentic and tasty and manager was lovely and acknowledged us at the end - will be coming again more often.
Ignore the reviews on here complaining about bad service or too much chilli - the staff here are as per usual for Victoria st, and the food is authentically Thai and thus spicy. One of the best Thai restaurants in melbourne. Not every dish is great, but the ones that are as good as what you'll find in Bangkok. Compare their green curry or pad Thai to your local and you'll see what I mean.
Pork salad. You dont have to ask about their pork skin salad..to be honest best salad ive ever had.
Yummy and Spicy. Very good Thai food. My favourite Thai restaurant in Melbourne for our family. Good and helpful staff. Very hot compared to Lygon st branch ( test better in my opinion, more flavour). Extremely recommended Thai restaurant.
A favourite of ours, always worth a visit. Best fish cakes in Melbourne, and if you want a spicy stir fry this is the place! Curries are nice, though on occasions the Penang curry can be a bit bland.
Pleasing choice. A nice meal in comfortable surroundings. Authentic flavours. Well done.
Nice food with helpful staff. We came here on a Tuesday night after reserving a table for 4. The place was bright and a bit distracting with the plasma tv showing various programs and videos. We had brought a bottle of wine and a few beers and they were quick to bring us glasses.
We chose the fish cakes and chicken satay sticks to start. The fish cakes were nice, but a bit chewy and needed the sauce. The chicken satay sticks were ok but nothing special. We ordered a Penang curry (mild) and one with a bit of heat to it. We also ordered the beef with oyster sauce and the red curry with beef.
The mild Penang curry was very nice and well seasoned. The slightly hotter one was very spicy however. The beef with oyster sauce was very nice but maybe a bit salty, and the red curry was very nice but the beef was on the tough side. They brought us a large Tupperware for the rice and they were quick to replace it when we managed to eat it all! The staff were very nice and attentive. It was $3 corkage per person but they didn’t charge the two of us who had brought one beer each along.
The bill came to just over $100 for the four of us which was reasonable considering the quality and the quantity of the food. We’ll definitely be back!
Hot and tasty. Love this place. Spicy good times abound. But be warned, hot is very very hot. Mince chicken and basil chilli is sublime
Very nice thai !. Please believe me when i say I know thai food and this would have to be very close to being authentic as Australian thai food gets.
Very nice and caters to those who like rather traditional thai food rather than other rubbish establishments that claim they are serving thai food but just laden the plate with soy sauce and sugar!
Was so nice to find a good thai place ..so much so, i brought 4 mains just so I could pig out and take a bunch of it home for the next day!
Cant wait to go back!
I love Thai food at Ying Thai and always will. This restaurant is very very popular among Vietnamese people and Indonesian. 5 stars
Best Thai food on the street. Must try!!! If you don't like original hot Thai food don't come.
I like my food spicy, so this is the place for me and perhaps you as well. :(
I have been to many Thai restaurants, and a couple times to Ying Thai in Richmond. Whilst this isn't the best, i would rank it toward high on the list. For those who have not had tasted the true authentic Thai flavour, one that has not been westernised to suit the locals just for the sake of their business, should give this a go. Yes some dishes are real chilli hot, but hey this is Thai cuisines, not spaghetti made in India, nor indian chicken Tikka that's made by a Chinese take away. I've been to some other Thai restaurants, Caroline Thai in Caroline Springs, another Thai restaurant in Derrimut which I fortunate enough to have forgotten its name. Their so called Thai Tom Yum, green curry, beef nuer....you gotta be kidding me!! I wonder if their chef ever been to Thailand himself..,,
Best Thai in Melbourne. Awesome Tom yum soup, great amount of chilli. Yum!!! Will be going back next week. :)
I've been to Thailand twice, and this restaurant makes the most authentic Thai I've found in Melbourne so far. They actually have som tam on the menu and it's spicy! I feel like a lot of Thai outside Thailand is too sweet. It's a no fuss place, and takes cash only.
D.T. Are BEST THAI in melbourne with the one on swanston.
A must-try dish guys goes to duck fried rice. Fried rice kidding me? It might sound very simple but the one with duck is rare to find and it takes awesome!
Favourite Thai Resturant. Great authentic Thai food, probably my favourite Thai place in Melbourne. Restaurant itself looks a bit shabby, but does not reflect the quality of their food. My favourite is the duck salad, flounder topped with apple salad and red duck curry. The quality of ingredients was exceptional and dishes are always very tasty. Dont bother with Ying Thai 2 on Lygon st, this restaurant is the original.

Red curry, Green curry, Crispy pork skin salad, Papaya salad etc.. This is the most ordered menu!
Made in Thailand. If you've spent any time in Thailand (and managed to step outside of your palatial hotel), you'll immediately feel a connection with the no frills authentic fare on offer at Ying Thai.
There are certainly Thai establishments with more elaborate décor, fancier crockery and slicker service, but there are few serving up the same simple down to earth satisfying Thai standards.
The daily specials scrawled out in Thai characters are a clue the café is popular with Thai folk, especially students feeling a tad homesick and in need of some comforting, familiar fare.
No complaints about my 'Kao Pad Nam', a fried rice dish spiked with fermented sour pork sausage, and my partner seemed satisfied with her 'Gouy Teaw Nuer', a beef noodle soup featuring beef brisket, sliced beef, beef balls, liver & pork crackling.
Try to go when they're not too busy. When you're in Ying Thai and there aren't too many people, the food seems to come out with an extra bit of love.
Can't say its the best in town, however having had my fare share of Thai food not just in Melbourne, I cant say I can fault them much.
Clean, pure and authentically Thai. We have eaten here dozens of times over the last five years and still think it is the most authentic in town, beating sister Ying Thai Two hands down. Tonight we had juicy fish cakes (can't resist them) laced with slivers of kaffir lime, Pad Prik Gang that was vibrant enough to make steam come out of our ears bit still fragrant with basil and coconut and a sublime Larb Ped. Large chunks of duck, onion with bite and roasted rice to give a little crunch. Team all this with a serve of Tamarind juice and enjoy.
Love it!. Love this place. The food tastes great, value for money, good service. If you cant handle the spice, be sure to let them know when ordering. Love the crispy pork salad. If you wanna make sure you get a table, be sure to be there for early session or later session, this place can get real PACKD!
Foods are really good with the reasonable price and generous portion. Too bad the waiting time take quiet a while.
Ambience of the restaurant is nice if its not busy, but if it's busy I can day it's quiet cramped. They have 2 floors but I'm guessing they open the 2nd floor only during peak hours. We came on Saturday afternoon and almost all the tables were full. It's a bit cramped. Only 1 girl working in the front and also only q people working in the kitchen I think that's why foods came out quiet a while.
But the restaurant decorated with Thailand's authentic decorations that are really cute.
This place is one of our favourites Thai Restaurants in Melbourne - it never fail to impress regardless how busy they get 😁 A must try if you are in the area 👍

Friendly staffs and the foods are superb with thai authenticity tastes! Definitely recommend.
I go here with my friends about once a week.
We love the "Crying Tiger" spicy beef & I always pair it with the delicious coconut rice.
I may only order one dish every time but it's always refreshing and tasty.
Staff are always so kind and welcoming to us!
Outrageously good. Our group sampled the green and red curries, pad kee now and sliced chicken with coconut rice and ice cream for dessert. Beat Thai I've had in a long while!
Thank you 🥰 we had good food, wonderful service... we ordered diffetent kinds of foods, from soup, to noodle, basil chicken, etc... everything was delicious.
We loved it. Had great lunch. 🤩
Inviting warm atmosphere with service to match. Happy to come back to sample more of menu.
The Jaow Samut (combo of deep fried fish, prawn and crab balls) were a highlight. All noodle dishes can be upsized as was our Pad See Eww, good flavours but could do with slightly more wok char. Pud Graprow was spot on - a bit cheeky to charge extra for plain rice when the dish should come with it.
Thaiger Rabbit 'secret recipe' cocktail taste of chrysanthemum tea, mild at first but has an after kick to it later.
