I'm annoyed I can only leave 5 stars. Without doubt one of the best eating experiences I've enjoyed.
The staff have an impeccable eye for customer service, the kitchen took great care in some of the requests and the overall experience is something I'd pay for again without a doubt.

BLS is a new favourite for me in Adelaide’s CBD! It’s great to see such a trendy and modern Chinese restaurant on Hutt Street. Friendly service and cool venue, BLS really delivers on the food as well. We loved the pork and the dumplings and will be coming back again soon
We ordered a crackling pork, eggplant, peking duck bao and ocean trout. 6 pieces for $18 for the crackling pork. Is this a joke? Total bill of around $100 which is too over for us. Food is creative but I feel they are not worth the price.

Bai Long Store serves some of the most delicious food out there. Every single dish was perfect, the chicken, duck and pork were juicy and not dry which some restaurants don't get it right and it can ruin an entire meal. Food was seasoned really well and the dishes were perfect. The only downside was
The oration of the food is too small, and the fast is quite ok but not so surprising. The atmosphere in the restaurant is good and it’s obviously a modern Asian restaurant. Ran out of the beking duck so it’s a pity.
