Incredible service. From speaking with bookings to secure a table to the service we experienced while there, all staff were so friendly. A nice place to hang out, with an outdoor terrace and indoor seating. The portion sizes were large and they offer up a good burger. The Lion Hotel also offer a good variety of beers and ales on tap.

We met up with other poodle owners pre Christmas. Staff were great, got water for the dogs, we sat outside, had coffee and breakfast. Very nice.
Not the best meal. For the price of the burger I expected something substantial, but when it arrived, it looked a bit like a McDonald’s cheeseburger. The gnocchi was also a fairly small serving, and a bit bland for my liking. Otherwise great atmosphere and friendly staff.
