A quite extensive menu of pasta dishes, home made gnocchi dishes, delicious wood oven pizza and even steaks. Nice ambience, courtyard dining at the rear too. Good service and wines.
Best wood oven pizza in Adelaide. Always get the best service, so quick and friendly! The green cold pressed juice is also the best I've had in Adelaide.
We have been to Fumo a few times and every time my husband has the same thing ... spaghetti carbonara and every time it is just as delicious as it was the last time.I however have tried a few things from their menu and they have been delicious. Their gnocchi is so soft and fluffy & the food portions are generous.
Definitely a little gem! The staff are friendly the service is great.

Loved this place. First time I've had authentic Italian pizza without all the add ons that Australians do,and the coffee was good too! Cosy atmosphere and excellent, friendly service.
Best food in town
Home made gnocchi, pizza is perfect and service is awesome
Best pizza in Adelaide, pasta is awesome too atmosphere is cosy
We have been to Fumo many times now and every time it has been excellent. Rafic and his team are awesome, they go above and beyond with their service and the food is always amazing. Definitely our favourite local!
I had a pizza yesterday and it was so delicious and original.i ll be back for sure
Always great food and wine, never a disappointment!
New place on Glen Osmond Road. Grey pizza and service. Say hello to Raf , Johnny and Chad the waiter!
Best gnocchi ever!!!!! And the pizza.... Omg, say no more
First time there today. I had the gnochi special with Gorgonzola cheese. The gnochi melted in mouth!
Awesome pizza. Liked the spicy ME one. Other pizzas were also spiced up as requested
The best pizzas we've had in a long while, great flavours with that distinct wood-oven taste. Also loved the desserts!
Highly recommend great food and service

:)
Beautiful family lunch there today for Father's Day. Delicious food, such yummy pizzas and lovely friendly service.
Just opened 2 weeks ago. We live around the corner so we thought we'd try it. We recognised the guys, Raf and John, from a restraunt we used to patronise on Unley Road. So nice to see them again. Pizzas....amazing.....my Mondo Mio pasta.....perfect....coffee.....excellent.
Unfortunately couldn't fit in any dessert. And they do takeaway! Great night, great food, great staff. This will be a regular eating venue for us. Thanks John, Raf and Matt.
The food is superb every time and first class service
Exceptional food with outstanding service, what more could you ask for?
Soooo yummy the best wood oven in the East cheers Gemma and George
Great service! We love this place!! Big recommend!
Hello Fumo Cafe! We are here at least once a week during out long term stay in Adelaide. Kudos for the delicious food and really friendly warm owners/cooks. Best restaurant experience in a long time! Thank you, Fumo! Peg & Ben
Beautiful ambience, delicious food, fantastic service! I love it, and only walking distance from home ❣

Go there you will NOT be disappointed, loved it.
Delicious pollo pasta and pizza. Fast and friendly service. Recommended to try! Extensive wine list. Busy with local custom , who were regularly.
Wonderful family run business serving delicious Italian food. The gnocchi is a stand out and the pizza the best we’ve tried. Very much recommended.
If you are wanting a genuine Italian Pizza, this is it. We enjoyed a fabulous pizza. problem we had no idea this venue was licensed, a good selection of wines available, so will return. Service was good, no complaints.
Honest review here.
My wife, 2 kids and I had a meal on Saturday night. Restaurant 3/4 full so fairly busy.
Location is great, plenty of parking and pretty close to city if you want to go out later.
Setting is small and cosy, with seating for about 50, and decor is very nice with a Mediterranean cellar feel to it.
Service was fantastic - there was someone always available to attend to our requests and they were always polite and courteous. The menu is spectacularly enticing, with well described meals and a great range of pizzas to pick from. There are a delicacy of anti pasta, pasta, entrees, platters and a mains from steak to fish to choose from as well.
We ordered pizza for the kids and the crab and vongole for my wife and myself respectively.
All our meals were served very quickly and together, and I have to say i was VERY impressed with the quality, You can see all the fresh ingredients used as described on the menu and all meals were well presented and very tasty.
Now my only 3 criticisms which is why I only gave it a 4.
WAY TOO MUCH olive oil used in the pasta - and i'm Mediterranean so i am used to my parents soaking my meals in olive oil. There was a pool of oil left on the plate of both pasta dishes which you'd need a loaf of bread to soak up.
Second, I know the crab is tinned, but do they have to make it so obvious? Tinned tuna looked more appealing, the cook obviously stirred this dish to death until the crab pieces were smaller than the garlic granules. The only saving grace was the seasoning.
Finally, meal size was not commensurate with the money paid. We paid $30 plus for our meal. I was nearly going to tell them i ordered a main, not an entree. 5 - FIVE!!! - rolled fork fulls of pasta - and it was finished. For the big fellas out there or hungry kids - order pizza as this is better value for money.
Overall - this place serves great quality food - but you DO pay for it (you could get a better quality dish elsewhere for less money so its not THAT great). The service is top notch but you pay for that as well. If you want just some nibbles and drinks then I would definitely recommend this place but for a hungry group of people wanting a hearty meal - plenty of better alternatives.
A great spot to grab a decent meal with quick turn-around and friendly staff.
Pricing is very fair for the excellent quality, & the drinks menu has an excellent range.
Food covers the entire spectrum expected at an Italian restaurant - pizza to quality 3 courses. Over the period of a couple of months we have called in a number of times, tried different food and still haven't got close to covering the range. Even children's taste are catered for - check out the Cheese & Vegemite pizza ! I think my favourite is the great creamy Alla Panna.
We have been meaning to try this place for a few months now and decided to order some pizzas to have at home. The bases were delicious and the toppings were fresh with good coverage.
This gentle place can be found sitting on the middle of Glen Osmond, beckoning one to enter it's domain with it's warm wooden motif. The internal decor is quite well done with a lovely outside setup that allows the delightful aroma of the kitchen to soothe your senses. The staff here is absolutely delightful and always ready to help. The food here is definitely worth the money with its freshness and robust flavour. I for one am a fan of the pasta and sides and would recommend that you give it a try. I have had the calzone and it's just as lovely too. Give this place a try if you need a nice Italian joint to chill after a long day.
What an amazing local find, packed to the brim, friendly staff, great food. The place where the owners come to the table, have a chat and check up on you. Great to see Adelaide get a tiny Melbourne-style italian small seater place and you know its good when you gotta line up. We had a selection of pastas and wood fire pizzas to share and loved the family ambience of this place. Def worth a trip for any Adelaide-sider away from the italian institutions in SA. And cheap BYO is always a plus. Some young staff here also who were so down to earth and well trained, impressed all over :)
7 of us dined here on a Sunday night. Its a very small restaurant .
We all ordered a different pasta dish and all of 7 of us rated our dishes very highly. Superb sauces with real flavour, some dishes containing lovely fresh seafood and the gnocchi was beautifully light with a perfect even texture. It all felt like it was made with real love and attention in the kitchen!
Wine list by the glass and bottle provides quality local and imported wines.
Next time we will try the pizza as that looked great when we saw it on other peoples tables.
They are on a winner here with the quality of this food. We will be back very soon!
Absolutely the most delicious pizza in Adelaide! Friendly and fun staff; the kids think they are super cool! Service is always prompt and excellent, and the little restaurant has a lovely, friendly feel to it! We last went for a family birthday and my 10 year old was surprised and impressed with his special dessert pizza....Many Thanks!
Hands down the ABSOLUTE BEST pizza I have ever eaten in Adelaide! Very traditional with all the right flavours, not to mention exceptional service the entire time. Definitely going back and highly recommended!!
Very nice wood fired pizza. High quality ingredients & good crust makes the premium price worthwhile. Only criticisms would be to put more olive oil on crust to combat dry edges and add slightly more topping. Would go back!
Fumo is quite simply the best Pizza Palace in Adelaide.
I have eaten there heaps of times and always enjoyed it.
It's a cool place - Hipsters and Ageing Hippies welcome together with Families , Aliens , Liberals , Labourites and even the odd Greenie.
I think that even Sarah Hanson Young would be tolerated.
Raff and John are very friendly and will make you feel at home.
Service is prompt and attentive.
The Coffee is as good as the pizzas too !
Delicious pizza, great service. Really great family friendly place. They were amazing with the kids & let them watch the pizza making and wood oven! The dessert pizza was yum too...Definitely drop in if you are looking for a new pizza place to try.
Pizza was amazing! So delicious and filling. Service was great. Staff were attentive and had a great sense of humour. A little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for!
Owner operated and quite traditional. Great pizza. Good coffee, friendly staff. If you want good pizza in this area then this is the place to go.
It’s the wood fired oven pizzas and delicious Italian dishes, with the choicest of wine selections!! Their range of boutique Australian beer, always worth the experience!! It’s also the hospitality and dedication of this siblings run restaurant that makes you feel like a part of the family. You really should try it for yourself. Enjoy!
Awesome service! Great pizza, the ingredients were fresh and generous and super speedy. My fiancé had their steak special and says he loved it nearly more then he loves me 👍🏻 must have been good 😜 would 100% recommend to a friend ❤️
I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. By FAR the BEST Italian restaurant in Adelaide. Customer service is like no other here. Highly recommend.
Fumo is simply just amazing in all aspects. From the service to the food, the people here are so welcoming. I could not recommend this cosy restaurant enough.
I just had the Mediterranean pizza and it was hands down the best pizza I've ever eaten. So good!
Cozy environment and good service too!
