Had dinner here, really nice atmosphere and delicious food. My wife got the grilled chicken breast which she really enjoyed. I had the Beef and Mushroom pie. This was one of the best pies I’ve ever had, so yummy! Would definitely come back.
Really enjoyed our work Melbourne cup lunch. The pub looks great and they serve delicious food. I had the kangaroo, they cooked it the way I wanted.
Had a wonderful lunch with friends. The share platter was fantastic with house made pork pie, pate and relish. All our main meals were excellent and the service was friendly and efficient. A bit dearer than your average pub meal but well worth the cost.
We had an okay dining experience at the British Hotel. Slow serving but it may have been a once off. Sides with the steak incorrect as well as the level of cooking for the meat. Nevertheless, still a good meal

Good pub food and good variety to choose from. Wine and beverage list offers sufficient choices. Prices are up there for food and drink. Atmosphere is pleasant, not too noisy. Staff were friendly, service was slow though.

Great place, good environment, great beers and nice staff ☺️ 🤙🍻🥂. Just few minutes away from the center and very close to Melbourne street, you can drink inside or outside, both are really nice and very cool. The food is amazing, specially the schnitzel, good options and also have vegetarian meals 🍄
