I'd never stopped in Koko black before. Tried their classic Belgian hot chocolate today and it was divine! Might have even tried a few chocolates too 😉 Do it!!
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. When a slight mix up was discovered, their response was outstanding and offered extra chocolates!! Very impressed with Rebecca who served us!
Great little cozy hideout in the middle of the mall. Spicy hot chocolate is a must! Some of the drink prices are quite high but quality is top.
Lots of tables available in the beautiful setting of the Adelaide Arcade. The service is friendly and the coffee was good. I didn't buy any chocolate but it looked great and was set out very nicely. The decor and look of the shop is lovely.
This place is special. The location is in the heart of the CBD, the corner of the Adelaide arcade. The decor, the atmosphere and the items are nicely crafted. Lovely coffees and of course, chocolates. The chocolates are divine and to die for. The price is higher than other places but it is worth it.
We love gifting Koko Black to friends, clients and family. Our kids love coming in to pick their own favourites to have at home over the weekend. And their small packaged selections of coated nuts, nougat, and milk chocolate dots are perfect for scattering into chacuterie boards.
