Amazing food and fantastic service! Mel was the greatest waitress ever. She brought my daughter some pencils to colour as she was bored - such great service, would highly recommend!
Didn’t know what to expect when we first went here but I loved it! Tasty buns, patties were perfect and sides were yum! Betty’s has bumped it’s way up to being my #1 favourite burger place.
Popped in on Wednesday for lunch - great ambience, welcoming staff and fun food. As it was my first visit, appreciated the vibrant Renae talking me through the menu and procedures, which are all easy enough to follow. Had dessert first (life's too short!) and enjoyed it so much, followed up with a burger and fries. Clean and airy surrounds, looks fresh and inviting. Will be back.
What’s not to like?! Came here for date night tonight and grabbed a couple of burgers, fries, onion rings and a shake to share. A fun interior, with friendly staff, and prompt service. The burgers were AMAZING. Particularly the Shroom Burger. Mmm MMMM.
My last meal from my holiday from England, fantastic food, brilliant customer service, especially the two girls on the floor! Will have to come back next time I’m in Australia!!

Burgers are delish and so are the fries!! We’d ordered from Ubereats the first time and had the classic and chicken burger with fries and shakes. Even though we had to wait for the food to arrive but when they arrived, the chicken was still very crunchy! Fries didn’t look like it was anything special but the flavours are absolutely spot on! These are probably my new favourite fries!
We heard their concertes are a must and since they didn’t do it on ubereats it meant we had to go for a visit to the shop. This time we ordered the Angus beef burger, fries, onion rings and cookies crunch concrete. You could also mix your own concrete flavour but I had to go for one that’s on the menu. I think my favourite burger has to be the chicken, but I still need to go back again to try their shroom. Onion rings were ok- I think I would prefer the fries though. The concrete was absolutely amazing! I’d come here again just for it!
I’d highly recommend this burger place! The only thing I could critique on is the way they seat you at the table. We had to wait in line, give them our names, order at the counter, go back to the girl at the front to say we’d ordered. I thought they had to properly seat us someone but then she said to us we could sit anywhere we like- so what was the point of the whole thing? But aside from that, would come back again!
A lovely waiter greeted me at the door, and I was welcomed into Betty's signature kitsch interior. I couldn't go past the Shroom Burger and onion rings, which were just as incredible as I recall from their Gold Coast store. The simplicity and fresh ingredients are what set this chain apart from others. Not cheap, but worth the indulgence.
