Wow.... Seriously - the best Pizza I have had in Australia. Probably up there with the best Pizza I had in italy (Siena - in the Campo). Seriously.
Thin and light as air crust...nice chew...Buffalo Crudo - fresh Buffalo Mozzarella...fresh Prosciutto. Amazing range of Italian beer - go the Dolomiti.

Best pizza going.. Ingredients fresh and always asked if you want your mazzarella cooked or fresh. A very special touch. Love the buzxy atmosphere though it can be quite noisy at times! Friendly staff who always greet you like one of the family. Love this place ��

Great place with amazing service. The pizza is extremely authentic and the crust is thin. The only downside is the prices are a bit up there.
The pizza is fresh and delicious. It is authentic Italian pizza so they use minimal ingredients. The pizza is quite thin but very large but i found that i was still hungry so I ordered chips on the side and I was satisfied. Great customer service too.
Winter is truly here and you get so lazy to go out for dinner due to this cold cold nights so we decided to do a takeaway instead. We had the gnocchi and Italian sausage pizza. When they said come and pick it up at this time they are pretty accurate because it was all ready for us. The place is packed on a weekend so maybe make a booking if you are planning on dining in. The gnocchi is good especially the sauce. It reminded us of the meatballs we thoroughly enjoyed in San Francisco. Pizza was also tasty but I wish the toppings were done evenly so each slice has all the ingredients hence a 1 point deduction in a perfect score. We shall definitely try to come here for dinner next time.
A HUGE range of pizzas - some unconventional but all fantastic. Pizzas are very expensive though. This place made me realise that pear belongs on pizza; it's so good and the balsamic paired perfectly. Very thin pizzas that you have to fold to eat (or the toppings will slide off!)

I had a fabulous Golosa pizza and my husband enjoyed his vongole linguine special.
The service was good.
My only quibble: I had a glass of moscato to start & the size of the glass seemed very small.
High quality pizza that literally melts in your mouth. Service is really friendly and fast. Calabrese Pizza, Bufala Pizza and Pesto Gnocchi are stand outs.

Back in 2014, On The Chopping Board (OTCB) was kindly invited to 360 Gradi Pizzeria and Trattoria for a memorable dinner (It's Getting Hot in Here). In 2017, 360 Gradi relocated only a hop, skip and a jump from the former location into a much bigger premises, which previously housed one of our other favourites Maiz & Mezcal. I (Amanda) and a few friends decided last minute on Adelaide Cup Day to check out 360 Gradi's new location, as it was one of the few places in our neighbourhood open on this public holiday (please note: 360 Gradi charges a 10% surcharge when open on public holidays).
Awesome vegan pizza options! My favourite is the estate and I can't go past their garlic pizza. Only let down is that the gnocchi is listed as being able to be vegan but I've been told by staff they can't make it vegan. Anyway the pizza is sooooo great you'll quickly get over little details like that
I grew up in Munich and with Italy just around the corner and with many authentic Italian restaurants in Munich, I feel I am in a position to rate this place as absolutely authentic Italian food. There is nothing else quite like it in Adelaide. Do yourself a favour and check it out.
Great value for authentic Italian pizza, and bigger than the typical sizes found at most other Pizza joints. Gets my vote for best Pizza in Adelaide!
Pizza was spot on, tasty and fresh. Great service. Located on Magill road it is very easy to find. Will definitely be going there again. No complaints here. Parking tip for first timers.. there is plenty of parking space directly across the road. Enjoy!
Magnificent delicious huge authentic pizzas! I would rate them the best in town. The only down fall to this place is how extremely noisy it gets when it is packed out... Guess they are so busy because they are great quality pizzas.
Really good authentic pizza, with over 25 choices of toppings. Staff are friendly and welcoming too. We will be back to try a few more toppings. :)

Very authentic casual Italian restaurant - the best pizza bases in Adelaide in my opinion. Friendly staff, a great pizza topping selection, pastas and other specials, desserts like cannoli and Nutella calzone, as well as lots of vegetarian and even vegan options. Well priced for the quality of the food. The calabrese with mozzarella, chilli and garlic is always perfect!
Was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time and don't feel bloated afterwards. Went there tonight for my daughters birthday and wasn't disappointed. Will be back.

360 Gradi has a strong claim as one of the best pizza pars in Adelaide.
Whilst they venture slightly from the traditional Neopolitan ways - particularly with their rotating gas oven and it's temperature, but there is no doubt that the pizzas here are absolutely delicious.
Food:
I've tried a lot of the menu and never been disappointed. The pizzas are so thin that you will need 2 hands to pick up a slice. The way it should be. They have a great variety of toppings to choose from and the quality of ingredients is good. Prices are fair. In addition to the pizzas they also do some tasty pastas and salads.
Service:
Run by authentic Italians. The staff are friendly and relaxed. The food comes out in good time even when they're busy.
Ambience:
It's a real simple space. Nothing fancy - lets the food and the customers do all the talking.
Dish to look out for:
Margherita, if you haven't been there before. Always Margherita. The bufala is the version of the Margherita with bufallo mozzarella which is a must have. But otherwise, I really enjoy the truffle special.
I've eaten a lot of wood oven pizzas in my time and worked at a lot of different Italian restaurants. Never have I tasted a more perfect pizza. Cooked perfectly. Delicious ingredients, well balanced flavours.. Amazing. So reasonably priced for the size of the pizza. Couldn't fault it. Will be back!

So good. Had take away there previously and just dined in. Not too fancy, relaxed atmosphere, and amazing pizza. Had the four cheeses and a prosciutto pizza. Both were very special and garlic bread was beautiful. Not overbearing salty or garlicky or oily, just a nice woodoven taste and lovely. Will always go back there for a treat. We drive quite some distance for their pizza too. Worth it! 10 outa 10 both times.
Authentic Italian Pizza. So happy to have found this place. Pizza is so authentic, the base is thin light and airy. Apparently they use water from italy in the dough. Flavours of the topping are so tasty. The pizza is the closest thing to the Italian pizza Ive have in Italy. Will be back again and again.

Yes authentic Italian style pizza. You can just walk in and dine causally. The pizza is thin with beautiful chewy crusts. Recommend highly and try it.

The sign said 360 degrees and I had no idea what it was when I drove up Magill Road. My sister then told me that her friend had opened a new Italian Cafe on Magill Road and I thought it could be this one. Sure it was, this cafe is located on Magill Road on the right just before Glynburn Road from the city. Now how do you link 360 degrees when it comes to food? Food is cooked at 360 degrees?
For the love of pizza, visit this place already! We finally crossed the city line to dine at 360 Gradi on Magill Road with some great company. There's no better way to eat pizza than with others (and also because you get to order more varieties). This place might look like just a Friday night takeaway with simple decor and laminated menus but do not be deceived. The food is authentic, ridiculously delicious and filled with passion.

Very satisfied with their pizzas. Authentic and flavourful pizzas. The eatery is cozy and spacious to dine with family and friends.
Food was amazing. Would definitely order these combos again. They renovated the place and it looks more modern! There was only one floor staff for the busy evening so it was quite tricky to be attended. Great selection of wine and would come back to try their dessert!
Food is delicious and service impeccable. Everything that I have tried has been impressive. I've always gotten a pizza and gnocchi and have never minded paying what I usually pay but charging $27 for a basic gnocchi (that has started going downhill) is a bit much. One night I even counted the pieces and I was paying $1 a gnochhi 🙃

Friendly and professional staff, good atmosphere, great selection of food and drinks. The pizza is just phenomenal. Nice balance of toppings, sauce and cheese with a thin and crusty base. A must visit place for Pizza lovers. The salami pizza was killer!
