Service with a smile , all the staff are friendly and the food was authentic definitely the best Thai food I’ve had in Adelaide, definitely will be back

Great food and great friendly staff ! Sizzling Mongolian beef perhaps best I've had ! Coffee slightly on milky side but good also .. would look forwatd to going back !! Loved it !

Real stand out was that half way through our entree we were asked to move to a different table as they needed ours to put with another for a larger group of people. We were more than happy to move tables and the staff were so polite and thankful that straight after our dinner brought us out complimentary desert of delicious sticky date pudding to say thank you for moving for them. Upon paying for our bill we were sincerely thanked again for helping them out. Really genuine lovely staff who's efforts are appreciated as a customer �

Courtesy plus - service exceptional - waitresses polite and attentive - seating excellent - immaculate table setting - special attention to detail - well served and extremely tasty meal - as usual - in all - a pleasure to be there particularly on a special occasion such as Mothers Day - and a lovely finale with the unexpected presentation of a lovely exotic and typically Aus/Asian gift for Mum. Far surpasses the original restaurant! Lovely decor, attractive flatware, great bar, and fantastic service. Nothing is too hard or too much for the wonderful staff. And the food! All the old favourites, plus delicious special board. Best. Laksa. Ever! Our favourite place to eat out xx

We regularly get take away from here (only $5 for local delivery). There are definitely some better and some poor dishes. But their good stuff is great, and consistently so. Our favourites include the panaeng beef, crisply barramundi (with apple salad) & pandan chicken

It is, let's face it, located in a fairly improbable spot, tucked in some shops off Main South Road between a tyre dealership and a car park next to the Southern Expressway. It hardly screams "foodie paradise".
Inside the fit out is quite nice and the service is warm and friendly, although it is a noisy room when it gets going. Saturday night might not be a good choice for an evening of intimate conversation.
The menu contains all the usual Thai food suspects and they do them pretty well, although I suspect in a fairly suburban style, geared to punters tastes kind of way,
We had five dishes between the four of us: Pork Belly, Plum Duck, Chicken Pad Thai, Salt and Pepper Squid and Choo Chee Prawns. We had steamed rice to go with it.
All the food was tasty and well cooked. Was it outstanding? The best Thai I've ever had? No. But it was good, honest, flavoursome food, nicely presented. The squid was nice and crispy, the Choo Chee sauce was delicious, the Pad Thai had a good chili wack of heat the duck was quote good. I have to admit to a blind spot with pork belly. This came in slabs with the skin on and I always think it looks a bit like an old rubber raincoat I used to have. But I was assured by those that ate it that it was great.
Cost for four - five dishes plus drinks - was about $120, which seemed fair.
Worth a try.

I believe this is the new Kwik Stix. We were very pleased with our meals. They have some old favourites in the menu along with some new ones. The pork belly was delicious. Nice and tender and melted in your mouth. Will be back!
5 stars is not enough. I normally cook my own green Thai curry but tonight it seemed to hard. The dish we got from Paya Thai was unbelievably delicious! I have never tasted it soo good. With an additional dish of salt and pepper tofu, our tea was amazing. It was cooked quickly and still hot by the time we got it home. Thanks to the team at the restaurant. We will be back for sure!

My partner and I went to check out Paya Thai on the recommendation of someone in the Adelaide Vegans Facebook group and had the most amazing experience! The food itself was incredible, easily the best Thai I've ever had and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back.
We have been coming to Paya Thai for over 4 years, which is worth the 40 minute round trip. We have taken lots of friends and family (from interstate too) and everyone always leaves impressed. The food is always fragrant and tasty. The service has always been 100%. We love that there is a seperate vegan menu which makes eating for all of us an inclusive event. Looking forward to another order tonight and hope you all had a lovely holiday - we missed you!
I had a fabulous Thai green chicken curry. Just perfect. For starters we had dims sims and spring rolls. So delicious. Always friendly customer service.
We had the Pork Belly and Chilli Chicken with steamed rice. Medium Sized Rice is good enough for 2 people. Service was quick and efficient. I would suggest toning down on the sweetness of the Chilli Chicken. Pleasant service by Staff.
First time coming here to eat in person. We've ordered from here via uber eats before. Very good Thai food at affordable prices. Absolutely loved the lychee duck curry, the fried squid, and the crispy spicy fish. Basil beef was super tender. And the mango sticky rice was perfect as the end of the meal 🤤🤤🤤.
