Had heard about this cafe for a while but only recently was I able to visit this cafe. The inside is quite spacious with seating available at the front and alongside the sidewall, all the way to the back of the place. There are tables outside the cafe (alongside Pulteney Street) as well for patrons who wish to bask in the sunshine 🌞
The coffee and the cakes were simply delicious! It was just a bit late to place an order for food as the kitchen takes the last order at 2:30 pm.
The cafe was quite busy with patrons, some of whom seemed to be regulars, some working on their laptops and quite a few walking in to place takeaway orders.
You walk up to the front counter, place your order and pay for it upfront. Simple, easy and efficient. The service was very quick and the young lady who served me was pleasant and helpful. Michele (the manager) and his staff are brilliant and friendly with their service.
Definitely a place to recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a good coffee ☕ and some delicious cakes. We had the orange 🍊 and almond cake and the walnut cake.

I have only recently discovered Diaspora Kouzina and managed to try it today. It will become a firm favourite!!! The service was friendly and efficient which was good because it was a busy lunch service. They have ready to go meals in the front cabinet or you can order off the menu from the kitchen. Food came out promptly and was delicious. The meatballs were not dry and were nice and soft with heaps of flavour. Good lunch pricing.
Light industrial atmosphere. Friendly staff. Absolutely beautiful Greek food. The staff were very accommodating regarding food allergies. All day breakfast. Can't wait to return.
Popped in during covid summer with my ageing mum. Enjoy the decor and quiet atmosphere. Our desserts - baklava cigar and koumara - were both tasty and good sizings. Coffee a lovely flavour but we felt the small cups were .. well .. small, too small. That aside, friendly staff, easy parking on Angas Street, comfy seating, and happily come back to sample the lovely food.
Love their dessert and tried spinach and feta pastry which one of the best iv had
Came here for Sunday lunch with the family.
It has a nice clean yet trendy vibe to it, you can see straight into the kitchen and see what the chefs are doing
The restaurant modernized traditional Greek food.... initially I was skeptical however left the restaurant pleasantly satisfied, they did not ruin it !
I ordered the lamb burger, although sloppy due to the tzatziki and the pulled lamb if you manage to keep it together you will thoroughly enjoy it.
The pulled lamb dish is like an open yiros great flavors and well presented.
Other dishes that were ordered where the chicken burgers and the Mousaka... both said were nice. Mousaka vegetable pieces however was slightly under cooked however they said it was minor
Service was good and prices were reasonable!
A solid 4 for these guys !
This was hands down my favourite food spot in Adelaide. As good as it gets in Australia when it comes to an authentic Greek Cafeteria menu. Great mix of short cafe menu, full suite Greek coffees (inc Freddos), and premade sweets in cabinet. Everything is made on site and you can tell in the quality. I really liked how they take several traditional recipes like baklava and put their own twist on it, i.e. salted caramel, oreo etc. Went back daily while I was down there. 10/10!
