Production line style service. You select your Bowl, base, protein, veg/salads and then toppings.
The experience can be a hit or miss depending what you choose to create your Poke bowl. Sometimes my selection has tasted refreshing and flavoursome and sometimes bland and lacking in flavours.
Dine in seating or takeaway, either option the food is served in a takeaway bowl & single use utensils.
I prefer eating here in warmer weather only.

Probably the healthiest meal I’ll be down in Adelaide. Tasty but if you’re not sure what you
want or You’re horrible at making decisions this is not the place for you to visit so many choices so many flavours!
Staff are super friendly super helpful couldn’t give a five star though as disposable bowls is not a great option for me.

wide range of selection, price is reasonable. makes me feel so healthy, i like this bc it’s not too salty but also not too bland. staffs were friendly, they helped me with the food selection cuz i didn’t know what to choose. will be back soon for another healthy poke bowl 😋

Awesome food. Friendly service. Very healthy options. Very colourful that you want to eat your veggies!

Heavy on the online orders. Card only instore. They advertise that by ordering online you skip the queue, but the real queue skip is instore as there's nobody who eats in anyway 😂 Great food. Great service.

Great healthy place to eat. They are quite generous with their portions as well. There is usually a line here during lunch time since it is very popular! The prices are actually very good for what you get. Make sure you get there early enough so they don't run out of your favourite toppings!

I LOOOOVE Poke bowls; good to finally see an outlet/ shopfront serving this style of Hawaiian food in Adelaide

When Poké Me first opened it was awesome and I was excited. Finally a super healthy, choose-your-one-adventure spot right near the office. I’ve been back a couple times since, and it has seriously declined. With the constant swapping and changing in prices, bowl sizes and inclusions, you didn’t know what to expect each visit. And the most recent will be my last. Instead of the lovely shredded chicken I had had previously, in my bowl was gristly chicken and wads of skin. Very disappointed.

One of my favourites since moving to Adelaide. Healthy bowls with a base and a choice of additional toppings. I am a vegetarian and there are plenty non-meat options. My only disappointment has been many ingredients being out of stock lately. Still a great healthy food option! Five stars!

What a great spot for a healthy, inexpensive, and fresh salad alternative! I love this concept of being able to pick and choose your own ingredients to put in a bowl, and it's a great way to cater for yourself. However, as some other reviewers may have mentioned, it would be nice to have some sort of set menu to choose from because it's difficult when you don't know how the taste comes together at the very end. Nevertheless, it's a place I'd definitely come back to for a filling and non-greasy meal!

It is what you expect from poké bowl-some base (which is usually rice) , protein, and few 'salads' (or toppings really). They have all the beloved toppings-seaweed salad, kimchi, edamame beans, mushroom salad, bean sprouts.. It's great, as you choose what goes on your plate!

Simple and yummy!

When you think of fast food, nothing but guilty pleasures should come to mind - it's when you put your health concerns second, and satisfy your stomach first. The introduction of Poké Me was a fun change to our perception of what fast food could be.

There is no set menu of dishes to choose from - rather it's a system where you pick your own items to build a bowl. Our go to combination is mixed grain with salmon - and there's up to 6 sides that you could choose to go with it.

We can't say bad things about fresh salmon - it's our weak spot. How good the bowl tastes is almost entirely up to you and how you make your bowl.
We wish there were some set combinations so we can pick without thinking, and maybe some labels for the salads would be nice.

For a fast food chain, this really is pretty good! We suggest you go in and give them a shot.

This is a fresh place offering a famed cuisine from Hawaii, heavily influenced by Hawaii’s Japanese heritage. Poke which is basically raw fish and other salad ingredients on a base of rice. Poke Me is true to a classic Poke restaurant, fast and casual. No cash, only cards accepted. You choose your base
- rice or greens; choose your toppings, choose your protein.... finish off with some sauces and spices and you are done. It’s a good experience, it’s healthy and filling.

Pretty much a deconstructed sushi. Came when they had 2 smalls for $20, such a bargain! Small was such a decent serving. Radish and seaweed combo was too salty, even for me, my bad. Otherwise a decent healthy choice. Mixed grain rice is yummy.

I discovered this place as my taxi was dropping me off to my hotel. In Sydney they have poke eateries but you can't customise it like this. I'm in Adelaide a lot for work so I'm so I'm very happy that this is nearby the hotel I always stay at. You can choose a small or large size bowl. You choose a base, three salads and one protein, a sauce and seasoning.
I chose a green base - quinoa and broccoli, for salads I chose endamame, seaweed salad and kimchi. I chose fresh tuna as my protein with wasabi mayo topping and black sesame seasoning. Omg! It was so... good! I am happy to eat this for lunch each day I'm in Adelaide. Complete yum!
FooDee
Perfect for a fresh, filling and very healthy lunch option. Basically, you create your lunch from the many veggie and protein options. You can also sauce it up, if you like. The dishes are quite large but yum! Just what you might want for a quick lunch catch up or takeaway.

I am a recent poke convert and I was so excited to see that Poke Me had opened just across the road from my office. The queues coming out the door made me even keener to try it. I got a chance and I can see that this is going to be a regular thing. You choose your base (rice, noodles, vegies) and then you work your way through the toppings, protein, sauces and spices and then you end up with a huge bowl of tasty goodness. At $18 for tuna it is not a cheap lunch however, the serving size matches the cost and the ingredients are really fresh. Plus they weren't stingy with the fresh tuna.
Mashedpotato
Excellent healthy salad Bowl options. Servings are huge, but prices do match. $18 for a tuna, while chicken/salmon is $16. I really enjoyed my choice of salads. Many are dry, such as the carrot and beetroot, so make sure you add a wet ingredient like avocado. I loved my tuna bowl, the chicken is disappointing, Soonta salad Chicken is better, which is served warm and at a much cheaper price.
