I was there for a Birthday party on the 6th July.
Very yummy food! Expensive but totally worth the Massive portions! Big play area and space, great for kids. Friendly staff. Could do with a little more attention to orders.

We had a big group for a 30th birthday. My hubby and I ordered the pizza and it was amazing as you can see from the picture. Food came out quickly as well for all of us. Staff was friendly and prompt. We sat outside and watched kids playing in the playground. It’s a definitely good spot for family gathering.
Had such an amazing time here tonight. Service was quick and great. Two of us got the sliders and I think they were one of the best tasting sliders. The rest got their food quick and everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a bit loud, but that's what you get going on a Saturday night.
Had some bad experiences in the early days at Brunellis West Lakes. However have to say my last 3 meals there have been delicious and beautifully presented and the coffee is superb!
every time I go to brunelli's I always order the same thing, and they both never fail to let me down! the trio of sliders, just for some different taste. and the sensational taste of the beef schnitzel with carlsberg cheese and a Swiss brown mushroom sauce! amazing servings, and an asleep me cheesy garlic bread to go with! service is average on a good day, but always smiling service :))))
That moment when your sitting in a cafe and you notice a glowing neon sign saying wood over! Then look over at the pizza boxes! And the penny drops! OH MY GOD YUM! The garlic bread was so good, not to strong not to light! And don't even start on the pizza! Ham and pineapple! Thin base! So light and crispy! BIG chunks of pineapple!! I'll be back!
Love going there for breakfast. The staff are friendly, there poached eggs on toast are my fave.
Coffee and the cakes are great
For lunch or dinner the arancini balls are a must as well as the melanzone
Yes they can be slow but the food is great
We love the range of desserts offered at this cafe. It is our choice for after dinner treats. We would love the staff to be more friendly - but they dont look like they enjoy their job. However that said the desserts are so yummy we are willing to put up with their grumpy attitudes.

Best Parmi and chicken burger. Dine in on Tuesday night with couple of people i got to say thats the best parmi and chicken burger i had ever eaten cooked to perfection presentation wise full marks not only me my friends every one happy my compliments to chef will difenietly be back....
Perfect place for families with kids to enjoy a relaxing lunch or dinner. The great play ground at the front keeps the kids busy while you enjoy the Italian cuisine or the beautiful desserts. Food we ordered was not amazing but did the job and we had no major complaints. Coffee and desserts were the highlight.
Great Cafe!. Ordered the santorini pizza which I would recommend to everyone that goes to Cafe Brunelli's! Although it is a vegetarian pizza it is beyond amazing! Lovely staff, the older philipino (I think) was one of the nicest waitresses I have ever come across! Excellent!!

Was really busy the day I went, ordered pizza from the wood oven. Staff were all really friendly... Pizzas was delicious and huge, had to take some home :) not sure about these other reviews but maybe they went to the wrong place ... Definitely visit again with my children

Went in hungry and came out even hungrier. Went up to order, all good so far. Then waited, and waited and waited, I was asked by the wife to find out about our meal? I said no, I wanted to find out how long before it comes out. About an hour later we decided that's it. Went up to counter to ask about our meal, the so called cooks didn't even know about it. I then just asked for my money. Although he was apologetic, we weren't impressed with the cooks being more intent on being sociable amongst themselves.
Loved it. Went in for coffee with my husband. Staff very friendly. Ended up ordering "Millionaire Pizza" which has prawns, scallops, crab meat, caviar and Morton Bay Bug and it was delicious. The two of us couldn't get through the small pizza and had to take some home in a take-away box. Can't wait to go back and try the crab pasta.
Very fast and friendly service. I ordered poached eggs with spinach with a coffee, and it only cost $12.80. Fantastic value that you won't find many other places. The food came out almost instantly and the waiter was very personable. I was sceptical due to other reviews I had read on urban spoon but I say give it a go for a quick and affordable breakfast.

We have a come here a few times, mostly for breakfast. The food represents good value for money as we have always found the serving sizes to be filling. That being said my husband's favourite breakfast option - the sliders - disappeared off the menu within a couple of weeks of opening. The only let down at times has been the service - staff appear too busy at times (even though the cafe is only half full) so many of the important 'little' things get missed - greetings, smiles, not rushing the customer.
Good breakfast menu and generous sized servings. Fast service, friendly staff, will definitely return!
This cafe is in a good location situated outside right near one of the entrances into West Lakes shopping centre. Staff are prompt with service. Very spacious cafe with seating indoors and outdoors. Good food and coffee!

Haven't had one of their Awesome coffees for along time and it was even better than I remembered and the young lady who served us was really lovelly and she offered to transfer my coffees to the third style onwards from mine. My friend made a special request for her coffee my friend was super happy for her perfect coffee...⭐😊💫
