It took over an hour, for us to receive our meal, yet the restaurant was not at all busy. In the meantime not once were we approached by any staff member to see if we would like to order a beverage. I had to approach staff to request a beverage which they forgot to bring and fifteen minutes later I had to go and request this again!
When we did finally receive our meal, the food was piping hot and delicious. I would have liked to have ordered coffee and dessert, however we were once again not approached by any staff, so we gave up and left. The restaurant itself was cold and draughty.
Two other tables with other patrons sitting nearby could also be over heard complaining about the complete lack of service. Like the other patrons, could be heard commenting, we too will never return. It was extremely disappointing !

Very welcoming staff. Nothing too much trouble. Felt like we were back in Rome. Come here only if you want authentic delicious italian food cooked by the owners, served by the owners. We are so lucky to call this our local.

The food was very enjoyable, prices ok, service perhaps a bit slow. The people in the family run business were very good. Most tables were taken which would suggest it is popular with the locals.

Outstanding food and service, food was impeccable and staff were very personal and welcoming it has a great atmosphere. The place has a very welcoming feeling.
Overall excellent and could not recommend the place highly to all people.
