Very handy location and close to a tram stop from the bay. Open early and very friendly staff. Coffee isn’t just quite there however. Lacking and often a tad too hot. Food is well priced though and not too bad.

The guy who served me was sweeping the floor, and other customer asked for bin, he hold the small bin all this while making my coffee. How hygienic!
This place is awesome. Quality food and drink, great prices. The 2 fellas that run the place are great! They provide great service and are super friendly. Can occasionally find them rocking out to 90s rap. I recommend this place to everyone
