Bar is amazing! Love the vibes and drinks made by them is really good, ask them for suggestions if you're not sure about it.
They have games at the bar so you can spend hours just playing them. Cocktail was amazing and everything else.

Very cute little bar with a really relaxing vibe. Great tunes playing. Good selection of spirits and wines but if you like beer there is a thoughtful selection available.

A small hidden place on Hindley Street. The ambience and the music played on records work perfect selection of drinks makes it one of the best bar in CBD. And on the plus side they have been voted as No 1 in 2018 as Best Espresso Martini place. Must visit in Adelaide.

A little hidden away bar on one of the many quiet alleys.<br/><br/>The decoration and atmosphere was very quaint. We came and got their moonshine cocktails.<br/><br/>Go for the drinks, soak in the ambience, and enjoy your time.

Cool small bar tucked away, very quirky atmosphere. The cocktails are all very original and if you grab Mike, he'll cater to your tastes. The music is classic/"retro" rock, vinyl records ONLY played here, I think that adds for a great vibe. Cool staff, defo check it out

Not sure why the rating on here is so low!<br/>Mississippi Moon is perhaps my favourite (or tied in 1st) of the three fantastic bars on Gresham St. It's small, intimate, the furniture and spacing makes a lot of sense, everything is charming - from the wall art to the bar to the barman. Drinks are reasonably priced, the cocktails are fantastic. I have no faults with this bar, would definitely return.

Love coming here! Great little new place tucked away down an alley and we always have a good time. Everyone's friendly and some decent specials pop up, I like the Moonshine sour. Looking forward to coming back again!

After La Buvette and Biblioteca, this place was quite a disappointment, I must say. <br/>Looks like guys need a bit of help with getting everything more tied in. <br/>The place looks like it has some good ideas, but then it seems somehow random. Some attempt at kitsch, but does not seem done very well. <br/>Found prices and what you get not really matching. $10 for 7 microwaved chicken wings, that were really very average. Maybe later party goers love that stuff when they have many more drinks down, but we found it very disappointing. <br/><br/>We were quite interested in how the place came about etc, and since it wasn't very busy we were trying to have a bit of a conversation with one of the bar staff, who appeared to be one of the owners as well. His stance was " oh well, this pays the bills"... Which really kind of reflected the whole approach to everything - no real passion. Just something to do... <br/><br/>Don't know if anyone else cares about that, but we thought that was really poor of them.. perhaps faking it until you make it would have been a better option... <br/><br/>Anyway, don't think we will be rushing back. :(

Tucked away in a narrow alleyway just off Hindley Street and nestled beside neighbouring small bars Bibliotecha Bar and Book Exchange and La Buvette Drinkery opens the new southwest American inspired bar Mississippi Moon. Officially launching last Wednesday, guests were invited to sample some of Mississippi Moon’s crafty cocktails alongisde a selection of tap and bottled beers, all whilst nibbling on some spicy beef jerky and crunchy fried chicken.
