I enjoyed vitamix smoothies and protein balls every day from here while staying down the street for a conference. Incredibly friendly staff and felt good to support locals. I would easily come back and go out of my way to stop in here. $6 for a great smoothie and $.50 additions can’t be beat.

Was happy to be recommended this place as a healthy place to eat. It sure is! Bought the smoked salmon bowl which was packed with covered and raw veggies, legumes, egg and smoked salmon. Super delicious and healthy. The service was lovely too.

Just tried here for the first time. The staff were so lovely and the smoothie I had was so healthy and delicious. Will be coming back in the near future. 100% recommend.
