Wok In A Box - Adelaide - Photo album

Reasonable price. Can’t stand inside for more than 1 min, cuz too strong of cooking/food smell. Kitchen exhaust must be improved. Service personal looked and talked weird, I felt uncomfortable when placing my order. Tried the special fried rice, thought it was great. A little oily though...
Taste and quality changes from time to time. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Seems like someone is pouring you food in a prison cafe. Pad Thai when good makes you keep coming back. When dry or too saucey, you ignore them for a while. Garlic Prawns <3
Ordered a small garlic prawn only found 3 prawns. For $11.95 not worth it. Found it oily and more of noodles then vegetables. I could actually count the broccoli and snap peas. Ridiculously overpriced noodles. Seafood Laksa soup same thing more noodles then actual seafood. Cost of soup was $14.95. I
Food was horrible and service even worse. They should of refunded my meal however where happy to just watch me throw it in the bin. Singapore noodles tasted like chilly powder not suitable for kids let alone anyone else. Terrible experience.
Service is slow. Ordered at 11.18am. Only customer in the restaurant. The guy was mostly on phone and busy washing and all instead of cooking our food. 11.27am, still only customer, still waiting. Overall very bad experience.
Good wok in a box, helpful staff. However, they do not accept the wok wallet unless you have the physical card (I had the mobile website open with my cards barcode and they turned me away)
Delicious cheap noodles. Pad Thai and Hokkien Chicken are particularly good. They have hot and mild options to suit your taste.
Wrong order!! I asked for bloody fresh chilli and you have me nasty oily dried paper. Dried calling you any times after my order no answer! Very poor service!
