Review Burgers N Shakes - Adelaide

First time here today because of the previous ratings. Upon arrival I felt something wasn’t right. We almost left because it took so long to serve us and we were the only ones in the store. We ordered three burgers, we had a chicken and cheese burger, golden rings and the flame burger. We also ordered a side of onion rings and washed everything down with an Oreo milkshake, salted caramel milkshake and a can of coke. The two chicken burgers were slightly over cooked. All the burgers tasted good. The Oreo milkshake was good however the salted caramel was way to weak and we left over half of it unfinished. The down side of the burgers was they took 18, 21 and 28 minutes to come out. The milkshakes took 34 and 38 minutes to come out. The service was terrible! They were obviously understaffed and also had no clue how to prioritise their orders. They even said they lost our milkshake order. We witnessed two other groups leave became they weren’t served fast enough and gave up waiting. We recommend the owner have a good look at how his staff are trained to keep customers updated and happy. An interesting thing is we told the service guy we would do a review prior to placing our order. The staff were apologetic for the wait and made no effort to make any offer.i.e. Discount on next burger order or free fries next time. The best way to describe the place is average burgers and shakes with clueless staff. There are heaps of better places to get a burger within the area, try them first to avoid disappointment. We were going to give you two stars however that would be overstating it. Really sorry to give our worst review so far. We value good burgers and good service. Maybe you should to!

One of the best burgers in town. So many options to choose. Tried Beef cheese mushroom, chicken flaming, classic beef all tastes excellent and very fresh. Burger size were pretty generous, filling with satisfying flavours. Plus points for refreshing Oreo and chocolate shake. Highly recommended, a must try👍

I can't stop thinking about the peanut butter/chocolate vegan smoothie. The burger was amazing - I have never seen such a thick pattie that is properly cooked through and not burnt. The cheese was just ridiculous - very messy. In a good way. My daughter loved the nuggets and the chips and onion rings were amazing too. Totally worth the uber delivery fee and a brilliant covid iso treat. The problem is now how to stop ordering for every meal.

Amazing burger & service, all done by the tall guy. Super friendly and definitely was a killer burger. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Absolutely love Burgers N Shakes! We cannot fault the food (vegan menu is amazing and you will never regret a shake). The service is always friendly and quick.

This place is a little oasis of deliciousness halfway along Port road. The staff are more than happy to cater for unusual requests whenever possible and go out of their way to make sure customers leave happy and satisfied. Personally, I can't go past the flame burger and sweet potato fries. Just the right sweet, salt and spicy combo....first burger that's actually hit the right chilli note for my liking. I'll certainly be back for more. 🌶🌶🌶

Burger place at Welland Shopping Center. It is tucked in the corner of center. A quick luncheon with their Classic Burger with fries. Feeling hungry and decided to have a Burger. Walked into the shop and saw couple of customers were sitting in the shop and waiting for their order. There was only one and only one Staff working at the time. The gentleman looked as if he has only woken up. We were told to wait for him to get the order in while he was busy cooking another docket first. He then came out. Few minutes later, he came to us to do the order. While the staff/Owner was putting together my order, the observation for the process of the burger was made too simple. Not appealing. The Pattie was made by leaving it raw on the rim of the Grill top. The tomato sauce and the Dijon Mustard were come from a Supermarket bottles. Together with it, only a few strips of lettuce was used. In general comment, the burger is far too simple. It is rather simple and blended. Anyway, not my choice of Burger. I have tried much better by far before.

Best thick shake!! Haven't tried their burgers... But the peanut butter thick shake is the kind of thick shake I'd go for!! Not too sweet and full of rich texture.. Not diluted. Very small stall. More for casual quick eats..
