My drink was good but the girl serving me completely ignored me waiting to serve the people behind me and then made excuses/was rude about it when I brought it up and didn't apologise. I won't be coming back just based on customer service but the Elizabeth shopping centre team are always great.

I brought original watermelon crush from Tea Tree Plaza Interchange, Adelaide at 3:20 PM through app on Sunday 20/03/2022. But unfortunately, I found that more than half glass filled with ice.
Unfortunately, I don't have pleasant experience this time & for the next time, I need to think couple of time for buying something from Boost ttp.

Thursday night I came to get a couple drinks and stood there for 5 minutes while this blonde hair girl was on her phone instead of working. Had absolutely no customer service skills.

I had a worst boost , l ever had at Tea tree plaza. It has no flavour , cheep quality . Employees does not know how to make boost . It was not crushed properly, it has big big ice pieces in there that l cant drink with straw . I have to open the lid and chew those horrible ice. You guys selling the ice on the cost of boost . I will never ever go again to that store.

Juice was very nice however music was WAY too loud - violating the Geneva convention. Couldn't hear the lady behind the register or the one calling out my name to pick up juice.

Just watched Ashleia working on her section as I waited for my drink. As another hospitality worker I have to say she was on fire. Had it all under control while at the same time being calm and friendly to customers.
