I have been a regular customer, at this store in particular, since it has opened and unfortunately from last few visits, I will not be returning. Last night was the last straw when I received a burrito with STONE COLD ingredients (pinto beans, rice and meat). This has not been the only occurrence, however, this last experience, topped with poor customer service (from the short staff member working) is unacceptable. It is clear that the heated elements have been turned off prior to closing - not sure what for? Think some staff retraining on food health safety is in order. Some people just aren't cut out for customer service roles either which was evident - but food safety was my main concern here. Why am I eating warm ingredients that are colder than the fresh stuff?? Thank you to the lovely staff over the years - they know who they are but good riddance.

I’ve been visiting this Zambies few times. And so far when I ordered things the way the wrap it is abit messy and it tastes abit off not sure why probably because the wrap was abit overdone.
Also I ordered a Big Burrito and it looks like I was given a regular size. It doesn’t looks like it was filled in propery and leaving me with heaps of wraps left to eat and it just didn’t bring in the apetite anymore. Definetly my lasts visit to this store.

Like others have mentioned, this place can be a hit or a miss. One of the girls who took my order seemed quite inattentive. Screwed up my order and then proceeded to give attitude, the f? Sometimes my burrito isn’t wrapped properly too. The last straw for me was when one of the workers was making a burrito and she used her hands to dust off the board next to her and then proceeded to make my food without changing her gloves. That was absolutely disgusting to see. I think management should get that checked out?
Edit: Oh and please consider cleaning the place? There are too many flies man.

Me and my wife were there last night to grab dinner around 10:08pm 07/02/2022.
We were served by a young lady.
Who was way too rude.
Hated to pack dinner for us.
She was like throwing food in that takeaway bowl.
No respect, she doesn’t know how to look after her customer.
She has treated us with least respect.
She was even commenting on us with her colleague when we were leaving.
I couldn’t grab her name, as she didn’t have a name badge.
All I can remember is she is probably around 5ft with ash coloursih hair.
Will never go back there if she is there.
I have been there heaps of times.
Never had an issue.

Good for a relatively healthy meal on the run. They definitely pack the fillings into your burrito and they have different tortillas and rice on offer. You choose your own meats and condiments.

Delicious as always, fast friendly service, lots of seating options and pleasant atmosphere. It is definitely my top choice for the Brickworks!

I like Zambreros. And while the burritos here are tasty the staff here seem to be a little less generous with the fillings than other stores i have been to. My real gripe with this store though is the outdoor eating area. Everytime we have been you struggle to find a clean table to eat at. Wipe the tables down and I'd give a higher rating.

it is close to home but i will not go unless i am too hungry. the food looks nice but the price is not fair. i was trying to use the entertainment book voucher but the lady who served me did not look happy. i really like smily services when it comes to food.

My favourite Zambrero in Adelaide, staff are always consistent with their serving even when it's busy. The store looks great, heaps of spots to sit down and enjoy. My only thing is with all salsas having onion in them except tomato, I'm intolerant to it and there is a dedicated onion salsa it seems crazy to me. Perhaps the overarching could consider that in their recipes. For now I will continue loving Zambrero :)

Went in for a quick lunch, helpful and lovely staff nothing wrong with their food but too expensive for what it is, plenty of more satisfying options around Brickworks shopping centre

Beautiful store! The outside eating area is really nice, especially for a 'fast-food' place, so you could easily sit here for a while with friends, beer and burritos! Unfortunately, the staff here seem to have no idea of what the menu consists of. Today I was told that a veg IQ burrito doesn't come with beans in place of meat, despite other stores automatically including it and even offering double. I questioned this but the staff insisted it didn't come with beans - very frustrating.

Fairly new store as part of the revamped BrickWorks Market Place. Have been here a few times, the first time I wasn't very satisfied, I guess due to being a bit spoilt by the experienced staff at Rundle St. Second time I was much happier so put my less pleasurable first experience down to teething issues. The store it's self is very nice inside and has a good seating area out the front. Service is a bit slow but staff are friendly. However my most recent visit I had another disappointing meal and this is now my least favorite store. Each staff member is friendly but doesn't seem to know what they are doing, not sure how I feel about returning.
