This small restaurant is located in Regent Arcade. With its sushi train as its main centrepiece, perch yourself on a stool and begin to take whatever fancies your eye.
We visited here as part of the Feast On Foot tour. We got to select three plates so my friend and I eyed off a few dishes including the Damago (sweet egg), Teriyaki Chicken, and Gyoza. The sushi was fresh and well presented. It all tasted quite good. The pricing is decent and the staff were very friendly.
Best sushi train in the Adelaide CBD. Eat there weekly and they don't ever skip a beat.
This is a little sushi train restaurant owned by Korean chef. Besides their sushi dishes (they are very delicious by the way), they do have few Korean dishes on their menu.
Likes: This is my current go-to place to satisfy my sushi cravings. Given the set up of ‘sushi train’ restaurant, it is an open kitchen therefore I know that they are very clean and well organized.
Dislikes: They don’t open for dinner. Also closed on Sundays.
food 4/5 * service 5/5 * ambience 3/5
The food and service were great, with a calm atmosphere and friendly and welcoming staff members. I was surprised to see that they have bibimbap. Sad thing is that they don't open for dinner (it seems that the entirety of stores in Regent Arcade close in the late afternoon...) but overall the experience was positive.
Wonderful!. I love Michiru: the food is fresh and wonderful, service excellent, staff friendly, surroundings quiet and pricing reasonable.
Love that Michiru offer take away. Love the setting in the arcade- an intimate, small space away from noise of Rundle Mall. Beautiful, friendly staff. Love it here :)
Really good food. Relaxing environment aswell. Watch those dishes though, they soon add up. I would still go back though
We were introduced to this place on a walking tour of Adelaide.
Its a tiny little sushi train that you would not even notice unless someone pointed it out to you.
The selection is great, on such a small train it seemed to have over 30+ items going around at any one time.
All freshly made in front of you and seemed to be about the same price as you would pay at any sushi train.
Al of our dishes were great, especially the seafood ones.
Excellent and yummy place for lunches 😋 Cozy place to eat and gets quieter after 1pm
Thick-cut salmon
It tastes good
Udon is not bad either
The Oyakodon meal is absolutely delicious and makes me want to keep eat everytime I visit here. The price and the portion is fair, dish serving is fast. Staff is gentle, polite and friendly!
Great little gem - food is prepared with care and fish is very fresh.
Michiru is lovely surprise from the usual rapid and robotic experience that plagues so many other sushi train restaurants of this genre.
Best train in the city. Nice quiet atmosphere right in the middle of the mall, soft lighting, súper fresh portions and above all, excellent customer service.
Fully recommend their fast meals as well for a quick office lunch.
