Review Fresh Bites - Adelaide

I usually order the tofu salad bowl, however the amount of tofu allocated is so low it ends up being just a bowl of leaves. I have regularly made the same order to see if it gets better but the tofu portion sizes seem to be getting worse. I have since started buying my salad bowl elsewhere which is a shame.

It's quite busy at lunchtime though but the line still moves decently. Tasty range of food. Edit:3 stars after they increased the price then started individually counting the pieces...value gone

Cold rolls, rice bowls and noodle salads are great. They have a great variety of salad dressings. Try the salads with Lemon grass chicken and grilled chicken, they are very tasty. Cheap and good food, four cold rolls for $10.

Normally good, but today the girl taking my order didn't listen when i said no condiments and they continued to put nuts and shallots on my salad. They were very rude after i pointed out that i said no.

They sell bowls with salad & noodles or salad and rice then add chicken on the top. So far it was ok to buy just salad bowl with chicken (without noodles or rice) I would still pay full price. However today I walked in to order my salad & chicken but have been told that boss isn't allowing it any more. What a disappointment Can't work out why can't you buy what you like if still paying full price. Well wont be going there any more.

This is perhaps my most frequented lunchtime shop! Good value, excellent food and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They're fast and efficient. I recommend their Vietnamese rolls and especially their dumplings!

Seems the secret is out, cos of late, there are long lunchtime queues at this place. But for fresh, healthy Asian takeaway and a great price, it is worth the short wait. Conveniently located on Flinders Street, in an area devoid of decent lunch options, Fresh Bites gets my thumbs up 👍🏾

Love ducking into fresh bites for a noodle salad with crispy pork. Most of the time the staff are generous in allocating the pork, but sometimes they can be a little bit stingy.

Fresh Bites will deliver if you're in a hurry and need something substantial. The cold rolls are big and have heaps of tasty fillings - good value. My go to is the crispy pork soba noodle salad which is substantial and the option of extra toppings and a choice of sauce was nice too. Easy to see why there is a queue at lunch time.

I have been a regular at Fresh Bites for almost 3 years now. The portion sizes have declined proportionally to their increase in popularity. The staff have obviously been given a clear directive to be as stingy as possible which actually slows down their efficiency: the staff painstakingly place a maximum of two slivers of cucumber on each banh mi, often having to fiddle with the tongs for ages to ensure they remove any additional slivers that have made it onto your roll. Their grated carrot is amazing, but they serve it like saffron...my roll barely had a sprinkling yesterday, and the chicken was cold and had "that" taste - and so I chose to draw the line. That will be my last visit to Fresh Bites but I wish them well.

I got an upset stomach from eating here the same say as another friend who ate there separately. It infuriates me when businesses charge people money for food that makes them sick. It tadted good on the way down, but they need to get their food hygiene right. This is essentially an exact ripoff of Soonta which is a far superior experience.

Easy and convenient. Nothing disappoints. Best value for money Viet street food place in the CBD, especially when most in the city charge top $$'for what is just street food

The menu is pretty much the same with a selection of Vietnamese and Japanese influenced items on offer. Customers have the choice of bread rolls, salads, noodle salads, bento boxes and a selection of side dishes.
