We needed a dumpling fix and a noodle soup and Fushun delivered. Friendly table service and the food came out fast. The steamed pork dumplings were big and juicy and tasted delicious - I could have had another couple of serves. Grandma's braised pork noodle soup had great stock, the braised pork was so tender - even the skin wasn't chewy and the noodles were cooked just right. The mapo tofu was amazing - just the right amount of heat and numbing sensation. Excellent value!
Monday lunch, 15 steamed dumplings to share. Wholesome and delicious for a mere $9. Typical Asian low key decor, friendly and efficient service. Good selection of condiments, popular with the locals.
Dumplings and sauces are much higher quality than similarly priced and marketed dumpling king. Will definitely be my new #1 for quick dumplings.
Absolutely fantastic! Went here with my friend and partner for a last minute dinner, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the food was AMAZING and great value! We had 7 mains between the three of us (we were hungry! Haha), the portions were fair and everything was spectacular. The fried pork dumplings were the best I had ever had, the honey chicken was tender and crispy on the outside, the chicken fried rice was tasty and fresh, the sweet and sour pork was tender and tangy, and the braised beef noodles were fresh and flavourful. Will definitely be back!
With so many places to eat on Gouger it's often hard to know where to go. Quick, well priced and delicious- that just about sums it up. We had the steamed dumplings, Singapore noodles and Schezuan dry chicken with dry chilli which was amazing. Worth the trip here just for the chicken! Staff were obliging and friendly.

If you're looking for affordable quick dumpling or Szechuan dish fix . This is the place. Been to from orient which is I think westernszd and obviously much posher.
This place does the best xiao long bao I've tried in adelaide. All the dim sum places I've been have been rubbish. This place has thin perfectly shaped dumplings with soup ( would prefer a little more soup personally) and a little ball of meaty goodness all in the intense undiluted vinegar on the table.
The dry beans with mince is the most authentic I've tried in Australia . Not greasy which it tends to be and not drenched in chili oil. Flash fried with Szechuan pepper and I could smell the pepper off it when it got to the table. Perfect.
Had the dried chili chicken which was a little oily and I didn't think the chicken pieces were dry enough. It was like the cuts had fat in them so i think they used some of gristle in their pieces which I don't like.
Can't wait to try the pork noodles and other dumplings next time.
Will defiantly come back for quick Szechuan fix or xiao long bao next time! Great find!!
Randomly chose this restaurant for a quick lunch and was super happy. Had the braised pork noodle soup and it was amazing - the best noodle soup I've had (better than box hill in Melbourne). The pork was delicious and melted in my mouth while the broth was full of flavour (even got some of the herbs and spices with it). Very friendly staff. Will try to visit every time I'm in Adelaide

A friend tried the honey chicken too which he said was decent.
Staff were also friendly.
My favorite!!. This place is amazing! We found it by chance when we felt like dumplings one day and now we go there so regularly the staff remember us. The food is cheap, and massive and fresh! Its authentic and comes out quickly. It is everything you need when you're hungry and you dont have to dress up to walk in the door. 10/10 this place is always a winner!
Szechwan Dry Chili Chicken. Hot and Awesome
We are visiting Adelaide for a holiday and dropped into Noodle Dumpling for a quick lunch before a visit to the Central Market. The service was friendly and the food arrived fast. We had the dry Sichuan chilli chicken. It was fantastic!! Fried pork dumplings were also great.

Friendly and cheap. In a nondescript little building that many years ago housed an old fashioned Italian eatery that was noted for its Lebanese salad (no, really) Is this little hole in the wall.
Tasty food, big serves ( soup bowls of a size that you bath a baby in) and cheap.
A very friendly waitress took us though the menu and it is very much centered on the authentic Asian taste - spicy boiled blood curd soup, crispy intestines - but then a lemon chicken and a sweet and sour pork (with pineapple notes the menu in case there was any doubt) are on there as well.
We had a fishball soup which was enormous and came with fish balls, bean curd slices, and prawns. There was a crispy chicken with noodles soup style which came as a bowl of noodle soup with a quarter of a fried chicken cut up on a separate plate. And there was dry style barbecue pork noodle. Very tasty pork, but the dry style noodles were a mistake - they needed the soup to really make them more than just a plate of fried noodles.
So, friendly staff, quick service, hearty food, value for money. A winner.
Dumpling Heaven. Called in during the mid afternoon slump (so place was nearly empty when we arrived) for some emergency dumplings (the Adelaide Markets across the road were all but closed). We were quite surprised at the food, very cheap and very tasty, but we only tried some dumplings, spring rolls and steamed buns. All were lovely! The dumplings come on a plate of about 15?, and tasted fresh and hand made. Spring rolls were crisp and moorish.
Great place, but bring cash.
Generous serves, interesting and tasty starters and snacks, hearty soups, a small number of good vegetarian/vegan choices. Meat eaters are also well catered for. Two can eat well for $35.00. All though there's no elegant lighting and the seating is cheap, Noodle Dumpling House offers quick service and a kitchen you can see is clean and well run. Love this place, a good Gouger secret.
I love the dumpling house, dumplings are under $10 for a massive serve. I can never decide on fried or steamed. The chicken kungpow is bloody fantastic and they have a huge range of meals for only $8.50 like egg flower beef, the menu has mush more to offer than the usual battered food we see everywhere. The atmosphere is slightly cold and staff often need signals for service, but the food is great value and really unbeatable!!!! I never go to my local chinese shop......once you go dumpling house you never go back!!!!!! Be warned, it is addictive.
Delicious dumplings especially fried. Love the noodle dishes as well great fresh vegetables plenty of flavour and tender meat. Prices are also so cheap for the quality of food. Staff are also very friendly and helpful. One of my favourites in the city.
Really great xiao long bao, almost as good as Din Tai Fung. Very excited to have found these in Adelaide!
Cheap, fast meals. Authentic and tasty noodles and dumplings, always nice staff and helpful. Somewhat limited drink range. This place is a regular dining choice, good size portions and amazing noodle soup. Try it and you'll come back
