If I can, I would like to rate them zero star. That’s not even a Pho. Getting the wrong food. Only few slices of beef. Burned rolls (It’s bitter!).... I can’t find any Vietnamese restaurant is worst than this...

Went there today. Looked empty but soon someone came out to assist. Used the EatClub voucher to get the 40% off. Rice wrapped rolls were left so order and they got packed right away. No problems. That's how they show the Bao on the website and that's how it's supposed to be. In reality, this is how they serve it with literally just plain coleslaw on top. Really disappointed! Even the Bahn Mi wasn't good!

Food was great but what was even greater was the incredible service provided by the staff!! Super friendly and cheerful, their smiles made my food even more enjoyable. The manager at Roll'd is a saint and I would entrust her with my kids.
