This is my go-to place for jja-jang-myeon (blackbean noodles), jjam-bong (spicy seafood noodles) or tang-soo-yuk (sweet and sour spicy pork)
As seen in the picture below, there is an option to go half-half
Likes: The restaurant is huge, i never had to wait in a line. Conveniently located in Adelaide Chinatown.
Dislikes: I wasn’t too impressed by their other dishes, I find myself coming back for more of the same dishes that I always have
food 3.5/5 * service 4/5 * ambience 3/5
I liked their customer service. Although I haven't really try much of their food but I really like their bibimbap and hotpot. The place is clean and nice. Definitely coming back!
Okay but... It was just a tad disturbing when there were barely any diners in there. The samgyetang tasted authentic enough though.
Didn't hate it, didn't love it. Just OK.
The food is pretty tasty and reasonably priced, however there are better options in Adelaide if you're after Korean food.
Lunch ,bento box, great and tasty, partner had a noodle and soup dish we liked them both, nice and clean uncramped place, prices good too.
Yum!. Really enjoyed the Bibimbap. The waitress was really friendly, the atmosphere was nice and it was quite roomy.
GOOD FOOD FOR A GREAT PRICE. Ga-Bin is the perfect solution for a top quality Korean meal at a reasonable price. It doesn’t look like much from the outside but on the inside it has been beautifully decorated. I’ve only eaten here once but what I’ve tried has been fantastic. Take into account the affordable prices and you get great value for money. The staff is also extremely friendly and didn’t mind taking the time to explain the dishes to us in more details.
Clean, friendly, roomy, tasty, good value, nice Korean beers.
I'll try more Korean now!. Though the menu sneaks in a few Chinese options, all our dishes were delicious. Special recommendation to the Kimchi Pancake and the Garlic Prawn main (not like the Chinese style garlic prawn you'd expect). Place is lovely and clean, kid friendly & service was above average too. Price - very reasonable. We'll be back.
Great look, great price.. The kim chi pancake is simply divine. The crispy outer layer of the pancake contrasts beautifully with the inner soft layer. I highly recommend you try one for entree.
The bibimbap has a subtle umami flavour, and the chili paste is just the right amount of hot.
I doubt that you will be disappointed with a meal at Ga Bin.
The food there weren’t outstandingly delicious, very ordinary flavours with nice presentation. The pancake was a bit too soft for my liking, the service was good so I forgive you Ga Bin…
The main menu is actually a mix of Chinese and Korean dishes. I’m never sure if this is a good or bad thing.
A corner away from the Central Markets, this place has great Japanese and Korean meals. A date of two consisted of 3 mains, small bottle of wine cost us $80 but had a great meal.
One of the places I go back to with mates.
The best black bean sauce noodles in adelaide and the chicken soup is delicious which is very thick.
