Review Alfinas - Albany Creek

Best banana bread I’ve ever had in Australia. The way she incorporated the pineapple oh so subtly into the dish adds a light and sweet flavour that blends with the banana and doesn’t overpower the banana flavour. It’s very soft, fluffy and light! It feels like clouds on the tongue that gently float with the wind. Thank you so much for this life changing experience. I will be back for more.

Waited patiently for service to be greeted by a rude old lady. Happily showed my triple vaccination status Still unpleasant. Clearly has a regular group of customers happy to give good reviews visitors however polite not welcome. Much better places over the road

Enjoyed the company of friends and shared a cheese and meat platter with associated condiments, tasty pastries and coffee to end the evening. The hostess is lovely providing a cosy quiet place to relax and talk with friends. Highly recommend and will be returning.

Lovely little cafe. Very friendly. Good food. They even made me an "off the menu" meal to cater for my allergies. Would revisit if I am in the area again. 😊

Visited the restaurant on Valentines day the service was appalling we waited 1 hour for our entrees and my husband asked three times for his drink he ended helping himself to his drink. It took 2 and a half hours to get our main meals. The food was delicious but by the time we got our meals we weren't hungry anymore. The poor chef ended up coming out and helping in the restaurant and I must say did a much better job than the waiter staff. We definitely won't be back. Very disappointing.

It’s such a shame this restaurant hasn’t been able to get their front counter service and delivery service to acceptable levels! Second time now that delivery has been over an hour late after the actual ordered time, meal was cold as it sits on the bench with no heating to keep it warm. So annoyed and angry with the service and when you request the manager they aren’t available. The poorest service I’ve found.

Had a very tasty and enjoyable meal here tonight. We ordered the yellow curry on recommendation and it was wonderful, as were our other meals. Friendly and helpful staff. We’ll be back.

Our new fav place! The pad thai is on point! Real peanut sauce through it and not stingy with anything!

Just visited for the first time tonight. Highly recommend this restaurant. The staff are lovely and the food was excellent. Great flavours and good serving size. Easy ample parking. We had the duck curry and the chicken satay with coconut rice and a mixed entree to start. Beautiful food and we are what you would call very fussy food snobs. Love this place and will be back.

Was surprised as ive never had Thai food but was really happy with the service and food was magnificent.. Highly recommend

First time we have been there, we're very impressed. Ambiance was relaxing. The food was very delicious. Had to take doggy bags home. Would recommend it to everyone.

It is one of the best Thai Restaurants in Brisbane. It is small, however the quality of the food and the service are wonderful. A unexpected trial drop in, which quickly became my families favourite. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice food, love their noodles. Because of the many customers it's always quite busy, but the delivery time is acceptable in my opinion.

Our dishes were delicious. A small mix up with our desserts but the staff were apologetic and everything turned out well. I would return.

I love this place. The staff are great. The food is amazing. The wait time is ridiculous and what brings it down. First time we had food delivered and we were told 40 minutes. 65 minutes later we received our food. Tonight as I am sitting here I was told to come pick up my food in 20 minutes. It has now been 40 minutes and I have been waiting for 20. Times need to be improved guys!

Great food however their service is terrible. They always underestimate their delivery time with tonight being the worst. It took 1.5 hours when they said an hour. Even once the food arrived, the order was incomplete. Called to complain and the manager argued with us and refused a refund which we thought was reasonable. What a shame the service doesn't match the food and they obviously don't value the customers who help keep their doors open.

My wife is Thai, and we have spent quite a bit of time in Thailand. I think the food here is very good authentic cuisine.I think the lunchtime menu is exceptional value, best in the area for sure. Give it a try!

Delivery never delivered. Waited for over 1hr and 30mins. Called restaurant twice no answer. Went down to restaurant, order was sitting on counter. Delivered fee was waived and 10% off order. Went home and one of the dishes was incorrect.

Visited for a coffee before a fishing session at the North Pine Dam. I was warmly greeted on arrival by the friendly Barista and I asked for a regular Cafe Latte. <br/><br/>My coffee was served within minutes. It looked a tad weak but the coffee was fine. Hot and flavoursome, it was an enjoyable cuppa. Thank you Alfina’s Coffee!

If you get a raspberry and white chocolate muffin you will not be disappointed. <br/>I was assured that they are baked everyday, and surely enough the taste of these darn muffins induced sensory nostalgia to home baked goodness we cherish so heartily.<br/><br/>The 140 character requirement needed to be filled; hence Shakespeare. <br/>I made an account for this review :)

Business owner unprofessional. Alfina as a 'professional' business owner proves to be very unprofessional. Turns out she LOVES to be a trouble maker towards customers & other business owners about their personal & business lifestyle. My advice to Alfina is to keep it professional & stop gossiping as well as your miss behaviour as it's such a turn off for customers

Tried to grab a coffee here on a Sunday moning but the 2 young baristas basically ignored me after waiting approx 10 min . Yet to try the food but the service and front entrance could do with a bit if attention !! Might go back might not

Amazing High Tea. I took my friend here for High Tea for her birthday and it was just delicious. All the food was made on the premises, which is just what I love, cos I hate that mass produced rubbish, that is so common in cafes.<br/><br/>Beautiful sandwiches and savoury pastries, amazing scones and then delicious brownie and lemony biscuit. So fresh and tasty!<br/><br/>Will definitely go back, loved it, loved it, loved it!!!
