Review Subway - Albany Creek

A no exaggeration 25 minute wait, with only 5 people in front of me, only ordering for themselves, to get terrible service and a disgusting sandwich. There was a trainee on, however the other staff member on with him wasn't providing guidance so this slowed down everything. He decided that rather then serving he would take out the breads and start cutting them apart at the pace of a sloth. He disappeared repeatedly into the cool room to get things but took so long I can't imagine what else he was doing. People were clearly getting agitated but there was no improvement of pace.My partner was waiting in the car with our kid and came in to check on me because he thought something must have happened. Just shockingly bad. I ended up just telling them to wrap up, forget the sauce (because the bottles needed filling and he had to go to the cool room again!!) And got out of there before I lost my temper. The absolute worst service and food. Will never be back.

This is the final straw. Subs here are usually average - old and funky tasting salads, skimping on toppings…but today takes the cake. Burned sub, stone cold chicken, soggy salad (how can it be soggy when there’s no sauce). Won’t be back here. Highly recommend Carseldine instead.

Today I went into subway at 2:00pm, I was served by a lovely man, blake. It was obvious it was one of his first shifts however management left him to serve by himself as he had 8 subways lined up. I think management need to do a better job helping staff members otherwise they won’t want to come back to work. Instead of helping she sat at the back and left him serve by himself.

Store needs to re up more often, missing capsicum, tomato and onion. Blake tried his best to put out the subs but was clearly under pressure from the amount of customers in the room. Management are to be held accountable as they just let the poor boy go on his own throwing him in the deep end

The worse service and subway I ever had. My subway was so badly done that it put me off food completely. We pay money, the least you guys can do is have fresh vegetables for the salad and do the sub properly. Really read your reviews and work with your team to better your service.

We have given them a few chances over the years of living in Albany Creek and we have decided we won't be going back. The main reason is the bread is consistently stale and hard. Which for a place that specialises in sandwiches, is not acceptable. The prep station is not kept clean and some of the salads seem to be past their best. I do enjoy a good Subway sandwich and this is not it.

The guy working on Sunday was useless. Only two type of breads available. Tomatoes were not ripe. Dropped salad from sub while wrapping - when I got home the sub had no salad or sauce. Very average quality.

Not great, trainee that was on didn't seem to have a lot of guidance, he served my husband and then went on a break whilst i waited until someone else could serve me. Tried using our Entertainment Book voucher and got told that these are no longer accepted here. The food we got was pretty average, definitely the worst subway we've ever been to. Wished I'd read the other reviews before going as this seems to be the general consensus. A shame, the staff looked to be doing the best they could, but the place just seemed disorganised.
