Review Mcdonald's - Albany Creek

MacDonald's Albany Creek - I order burgers without the bun and never have a come across a MacDonald's that made it so carefully to prevent any cheese or sauces stuck to the container. They even supplied me with a knife and fork without me even asking. Someone on that team takes great care in taking care of their customers allergens! I was very impressed.

This place is a f@&king shambles. I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. They don’t read grill slips and constantly get orders wrong. They pack meals into bags with the chips at the bottom flattened by two burgers, one of said burgers put side ways into the bag. They let you order your food first and then at the collection window tell you there is going to be a wait on produce when they should be telling you before you order. Management really needs have a look at how the staff are trained here because there is obviously a serious problem at this McDonald’s.

Ordered take-a-away, then used their toilet. It was filthy, I mean third World filthy. If this was the standard of cleanliness, then what would be the standard in their cooking area. Mentioned to a staff member, she commented, 'this is how it always is, and no else has complained'. Obtained a refund and left, to never return.

I mean its OK, defiantly a mid tier fast food restaurant. Food kinda expensive for what you get which is squished fatty burgers with cold soft fries. but hey those MC flurry's are bussing, defiantly a five star cause of those MC flurry's.

Arrived just after 10am and wanted to order a brekkie wrap but that was discontinued. Staff were more than accommodating in wrapping a breakfast burger sans bun. Truly an amazing store.

Ordered a large sundae... Literally got a half filled large sundae cup... And to top it off... My burger was COLD... great way to give people food poisoning. Edit: April I ordered and went through drive thru... While I was sitting there, on the bench was milk. Spilt milk and milk in the bottles.. out of the fridge.. no one was using it. All I have to say.. is yuck

Went in ordered 2 meals and a frozen drink and 2 VANILLIA coke didn't even get a full drink got like 3/4 of the drinks went back inside and told them the issue and told them that they were specifically vanillia coke gave me normal coke instead and I got a hot cappuccino and got plain coffee that was cold you should really manage your staffs better and teach them how to do things correctly and how to satisfy the customer

In store service felt like a lesser priority. Fresh chips were appreciated but were doused with salt in comparison with other franchises chips. Chocolate Donut was as stale as it was dry dough. Friendly service, although queue lineup has been confusing upon entry during busy periods. Drive-thru seems to maintain priority.

Thank you for detuning the satellite eugenics Australia centre, the delicious Quarter pounder meal with oj has reduced toxicity 100 to 25 ahhhh!!!! This is the se centre McDonald’s between Albany creek and Everton park.

The most expensive and mediocre McDonald's I've ever been too. This is local to me so I have been here a few times. Absolutely hopeless. They can never get an order right, 9 times out of 10 they'll miss something or give you a completely different order. This is one of the most busiest stores around and they always make you park to wait for your food and seem to have issues with staff. <br/><br/>Food is never assembled correctly, the wraps at breakfast are never wrapped properly. The staff seem to be very nonchalant. <br/><br/>This is the only McDonald's I've seen that charge $1.60 for a hash brown where everyone else is charging $1. The owners are quite clearly driven by greed. <br/><br/>If you can, avoid this McDonald's. Seriously, go somewhere else.

Walked here from the EH one night after someone recommend it to me. Was very impressed with the decor and menu. I thought I would try the "big mac". I found it be very morish. The sauce they use really complimented the beef patty and it had a healthy helping of lettuce which I like with my burger. After eating I sent my compliment to the chef and ordered a "Qtr Pounder". This burger was equally as good. I couldnt fault either meal. I congratulated the waiter on a great meal as i left. Will be back for sure.

It is simply not possible to get an order correct. Every time they leave something out so we have to park and go inside. DO NOT leave without checking your order. They seem to have staff with hand eye coordination issues since the ingredients are never placed in the centre, and have to be rearranged before eating. Don't even bother asking for no pickles; you will have to pull apart your burger anyway to rebuild it. Won't even give mature aged staff an interview for a job.
