Review Six Degrees Bar & Restaurant - Albany

Popped in for a quick lunch. Great service, welcomed as soon as we walked in. Friendly staff, who were quick and efficient without being robotic. Food was lovely & came out fast. I found it a little small for room but still fine. We will be back and recommend to friends & family.

We stayed at the hotel but ate out all around Albany. On the last night we decided to have dinner at the bar. I had the the grilled fish and chips. I had a small serving which was still large enough for an adult. The fish was cooked amazingly and came with a lot of fresh salad. My partner had the carbonara. She asked for it without bacon and this didn’t seem a problem. It was rich and full of flavour. Didn’t even notice the lack of bacon! They have good beers on tap for all different tastes. Staff were friendly. Define you good value and worth checking out.

By far the best place in Albany to eat Delicious food and delicious cocktails It was extremely busy so maybe book a table in advance if possible. Cool vibes (Melbourne-esk) pot plants and band posters around. Very friendly service and got our food quickly given how busy it was. Reasonable pricing too! Thank you!

We had 2 couples in 2 separate rooms from Saturday to Wednesday in some cold weather but unfortunately the air con units in both the rooms were not operating on heat, rather chilly at night! Complaints were made and the management did their best to resolve the problem to no avail. We were given a $50 voucher to spend at the establishment for the inconvenience and eventually, after some negotiation, were refunded 50% of our accommodation costs. Everything else was fine with clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and in a convenient location.

One of my favourite places to go. The mix of rustic and punk? It's amazing. The gigs and bands are always a treat. Prices are a little bit higher then other places but for a bloody good reason. Food is fricking amazing. Every single item on the menu is outstanding. drinks are interesting and great adventure if your brave. Come here all the time and so do alot of other people, drinking and laughing away I promise will have a great time at six degrees. One if the best restaurants in Albany!

Great pub atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Cocktail maker came over to explain how they make their margaritas when we had a question. Respectful and passionate customer service always goes a long way!

We stayed at the hotel which was ok. Nothing flash but for the price it was to be expected. Ladies that work at reception were very friendly, professional & helpful. On our second night we went for dinner at the bar/restaurant. The atmosphere was awesome & the food absolutely delicious. Only 1 slight hic up when what appeared to be a bone was found in my son's piece of shark. We let management know so the kitchen staff knew & kept an eye out for any more. We were offered a replacement but it was not necessary as we really enjoyed our meals . Thanks to management & staff for making our visit an extremely wonderful experience. Highly recommend it to everyone.

This place was on its way to a 4 or 5 star review until I started tasting ammonia in the shark fillet in my fish and chips. I thought it may have just been one unlucky fillet so I switched to the second fillet and got ammonia from that one also. Couldn't finish my meal and left disappointed. The kitchen should check through their remaining shark and give it the sniff test because I'm sure more people will be ordering the fish and chips.

Great venue in Albany. Good variety on their menu. We chose the tapas option of 3 dishes for $29. Each dish was delicious. The sweet potato wedges were a nice added extra as well. Nice choice for the wines and beers on tap. Would recommend this bar. Staff were welcoming.

From the second I walked in I loved the place!!! The decor is so urban and fresh. Definately creating a warm inviting feeling instantly. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing. I would recommend to anyone to give it a try...... you won't be disapointed �

Had dinner here Good Friday. Mains and dessert were exceptional, music was good and service friendly. Would highly recommend for the meals and atmosphere!

Look, the rooms are really fine, especially for the price. Big, clean, modern linen, bathroom fine etc etc. However, I was awoken at 5am by screaming water pipes from I'm assuming the next door room as they showered. It was like a fire alarm going off!!!! The second shower was just loud water pressure, so still loud but not as horrific. Be prepared if you get room#1....

Went to six degrees today with someone who doesn't cope well with loud music. The staff at the bar could see he was struggling with the noise and when I ordered asked if he would like it turned down. Awsome service from them, not many places notice these things. Will defently bring him back again.

Good Friday and they weren't expecting to be slammed like they were. Our meals were not what we ordered, however a huge thank you to Kit and the front of house team for sorting it out and for offering a complimentary glass of wine. We appreciate your fantastic hospitality. The meal we received in the end was great. Thank you.

Beautiful night for Valentine's day, great location by the window, rose on the table, friendly staff, printed photo of the two of us and wonderful food. Perfect

Relaxed, friendly and groovy- great food, friendly staff and a nice wine list. Great for drinks and tapas on a Friday night often with acoustic music playing. Love the slightly edgy feel to the decor, nice outdoor area with heaters.

Visiting Albany on holiday with my family. We were looking for a comfy place to watch AFL (go Freo!) and they were very accommodating. Good coffee and lunch was great! Thanks for looking after us.

We ate an assortment of the Tapas and they were amazing. Exceptionally good value food. The staff were really friendly and the service first class thank you for a wonderful dinner.

An excellent hotel/bar/restaurant. Very friendly staff. And I heartily reccomend the beef stew.
