Review Istanbul Kebabs & Turkish Bakery - Albany

What a little find... Was the only place we could find open on a public holiday. Besides the pubs. My 2 friends had the fish and chips, which they thoroughly enjoyed and both commented how nice the fish was. I had a chicken (shish kebab) plate. The chicken had so much flavour.. I chose the aioli dressing for the side. The salads they dished out we're lovely and fresh. And went so well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating even though they were so busy and rushed off there feet. It's a simple little cafe style shop, and I would definitely go there again

Delicious choice of Turkish food on York Street. Gozleme was delicious ! Dine in and watch the beautiful views on the big screen of Turkey. Takeaway available , so many choices .Fast friendly service 😊I got some hummus to try later and I'll be going back for Turkish delight and coffee

Great food, great ethics! I just want to thank you so much for your honesty in taking my wallet to the Police so it could be returned to me. The last time I saw my wallet was after I enjoyed one of your delicious falafel kebabs, when I checked into Middleton Beach caravan park, so how it got back to you is a mystery to me. Do you have a community group or charity that you support? I would like to donate to them as reward for your kindness and honesty.

We just had our lunch here for the first time, and it was so bad. Not talking about price or portion or anything just the taste of food. The only reason we have to finish the food because we were hungry as hell after 5 hours of drive. I would not recommend anyone here. At first i thought the guy is pretty rude but after reading some reviews and how badly he is lashing back to them is just so unprofessional of him. So please avoid coming here.

Person taking the order was rude. While placing the order I asked to clarify something he asked me instead of explaining he said you leave it. Then he noted down completely wrong order. Instead of three beef burgers he provided three kababs. When telling him about the wrong order he tells me always customer makes mistake, I have been selling for fifteen years and never made any mistake. Finally he replaced one kabab with burger and we had to take two kababs. He doesn’t know basics of a professional behaviour

I haven't had Turkish food this good since Turkey! A must visit restaurant in Albany! Yum! To add, the staff and service is spot on, couldn't be more welcoming and kind.

Best takeaway in Albany. This is our go to place whenever we dont cook. Their pride, burgers, kebabs and range is excellent.

I looked at their website before ordering. It said their closing time is 10pm. I ordered online at 07:54pm and they confirmed my delivery order instantly. It said my order will come in 50 min. I waited for 1 hour 15 min. I started calling them because my whole family was really hungry and we were scared If they don’t deliver our order on time we won’t even have an option of ordering anywhere else as it’s too late to order anywhere. I called them 6-7 times. No one picked up that’s when I decided to drive to the shop and saw they had already closed it. It was 9:15 and they had already closed everything. It was so disappointing I had to wait for my order for so long and didn’t even get it. We came here from Perth and this was the worst ever experience we had in Albany. Their service was highly unprofessional and despicable.

Popped in for a Gozleme before heading back to Perth. I had a lamb and veg one which was very tasty. I also got some fresh bread (just cooked) to take home. The service is friendly and efficient. The kitchen area is clean and produce fresh. Coffee is also tasty ;-)

No matter where Or how far I travel I will always stop by a kebab shop! Had a chicken kebab wrap with the lot! Nothing beats a good kebab! Delicious and satisfying yet so simple! Staff so friendly -

The most expensive kebab shop ever slug you for a combo and make you pay full price for the drink $75 for 3 kebabs chips and drinks total extortion I've never walked away from ordering but this time I had to total joke!

Same as the other kebab shop in Perth, if you are visitors, trust me , not worth to visit. If you are local, unfortunately you have to pay for a pricy so so kebab :(

I really enjoying my experience at Istanbul<br/>Kebab's. The service was fast and efficient, the shop was very clean and had<br/>tables to dine inside away from the wind. I ate the Pide and my friend had a<br/>chicken Kebab both were very tasty and very filling. The shop was clean and<br/>tidy which I appreciate when going out to eat. Highly recommend to anyone<br/>passing by. I was also told they do late nights on Thursday, Friday and<br/>Saturday.

Fantastic food. Best kebab I've had since miving to Australia. The serv of cheesy chips is massive and could easily feed two.

Absolutely awesome!!. I went here last night for the first time the girl on service was so helpful and explained everything to me I ended up getting a kebab it was the best kebab I had ever tasted the meat tasted juicy and fresh it was just amazing and the service I got from this young girl was brilliant very helpful and she was very cheerful and friendly honestly would have to say the best service I've seen in a few years

Awesome food -. We recently visited and were impressed by the food and the speed it was delivered. Customer service needs a little work though.
