Review Domino's Pizza - Albany

Ordered 5 pizzas for family and they were not even near to the dominos quality and presentation that we normally get elsewhere. Pizzas were not cut properly. Base was either burnt or half cooked. Veggies were just dropped over, not even properly spread. Not to mention they were not enough. Chicken pizza was like they forgot to add chicken. Some photos for fellow foodies. Suggestion to Dominos Albany, please believe in quality than quantity. Stop taking order for a while if you are overloaded.

They haven't changed the quality in the 15 years that I have lived here. Just increased the price and reduced the sizes. The staff are just young and lack personal flair. The pizzas are never "just right"...ever.Sorry,not sorry(as I've wasted money there only to have to go elsewhere the same night) Ive tried to give them a chance over the decades but no luck yet. its just a fact. They're either slapped together awfully fast,or drowned in sauce, or bad distribution of toppings, overpriced for the quality, small sizes. Just another poor quality franchise. ... There are much better pizzas in Albany for the same price.

If you call the store they don't say hi dominoes Albany such n such speaking, they just pick up the phone and say nothing at all. If you order several pizzas and turn up 5c short she just says no and throws the pizzas in the rubbish. The front service desk if covered in grease and fingerprints. I would recommend JoJo's or anywhere else except this dismally poor service that you get at dominoes Albany.

Worst pizza ever, I order spicy chicken vego Supreme pizza 1st they gave me only vego supreme then they make 2nd time that pizza base is not cooked properly and veggies also not soft.

I love the pizza here, its amazing with a wide range of toppings and sauces. everything is amazing i just love it!

Brilliant pizzas. I'm allergic to dairy and they had a dairy free option so I was able to have a pizza!

Went in there on Friday the 28th to Get pizza, after ordering on line. I went in and was asked to leave premises due to not wearing a mask, As a person who has an excemption from wearing a mask i was a bit like wow. The manager then come out and further asked if i had a mask I then showed him the excemption. Rules are to ask if they have a mask, if not then to tell them to leave the premises. You don't just tell them to leave. My partner and I then got to our motel and ate the pizza, within an hour of eating i was over the toilet spewing my guts up. For a span of 5 hours i had vomited 30+ times due to food poisoning. So I wouldn't recommend pizza from here. Unless food poisoning is wanted.
