Review Jj Albany Bakery - Albany

I had the custard horn $3.80. The custard was light, smooth and held shape well. It didn't all ooze out when taking a bite. The pastry was perfect golden brown with a glaze of some sort, moist and tender. The custard to pastry ratio was spot on.

The frosting on the carrot cake was curdled. The sponge in the beesting was so dry it could be used an alternative to a brick. For the two pies; went fishing to find meat with limited success. Customer service was amazing though.
