Review Brumby's Bakeries - Albany

Nice pies but ridiculously hot. You need to turn the pie warmer down. You can not grab and eat it takes 30 mins for the pie to reach a suitable temp. Noticed the pastry on the bottom is very hard hence the pie warmer being to hot.

I cannot believe this shop has changed from Brumbys to a private enterprise and they're not honouring Brumbys loyalty cards, even though it's the same person running the business. I was saving my points for Christmas, to be told yesterday that I can no longer use my loyalty card (which has about $30 on it) because of the take over. I was informed that I can use it at other Brumby stores which does me a lot of good living in Albany! I am disgusted that I was never informed of the upcoming change by any of the staff, even though all the long time employees knew what I was doing, as I frequent there at least twice a week. I will never frequent this store again. Purely out of principle! I feel totally ripped off!

Fantastic good quality products over the moon service from fantastic staff well done for generous contributions to Yakamia Primary School Breakfast Club 12 loaves of free bread per week well done. Colin Lockyer School Councilor
