I am from Perth, on holiday in Denmark. Drove all the way to Hungry Jack's Albany, cause they have the best chips. IT WAS COLD AND OLD AND NO FLAVOUR. So dissatisfied. They won't see me again. PS. The guy on the speaker was not friendly at all. Burger was good though.
Consistently disappointing. It's not the first time we've been let down by these guys. Burgers could have been made better by a preschooler. Coffee was thrown in the bin after one sip. Every fast food place but this place in particular is disgusting I didn't eat the food I don't no how you get customers apart from complete desparation because I am absolutely appalled. They handle everything with out gloves and food is burnt and cold so you sell food that sits till you order it not
Burgers are the bomb. What a shame the chips are a hit or miss because that's just so important too guys!
Compared to Burger King overseas once again HJ is so under quality it's amazing Australians put up with it. Limited menus and nothing like the photos on menu and yes overseas they DO make them exactly like on the photos
Absolutely terrible service, 15 minutes waiting in drive through for one burger, with no responsibility taken by the management for such a delay, with only 3 cars in front of us. Excise given was shift changeover at 3pm. Terrible, with the cost of fuel these days!!!
Ordered uber eats last night 19th Feb.. was disappointing to say least. This is what my whopper looked like, no garnish in burger no sauce the onion rings were over cooked not worth the $49 tag. Guess it's back to Carls Junior for us. How sad that Hungry Jack's is now worse than McDonald's.
