What a beautiful elegant venue we chose to celebrate my daughters 21st party. Well done to the excellent staff for all your assistance with the planning and on the night.
There is a different deal just about everyday. We visited when they had their steak nights and really enjoyed the steak.
The steak was cooked well and we had sweet potato fries on the side and it sure did not dissapoint. The steak came with a side of salad and the I must say the salad was really nice and refreshing.
Lovely little spot in Albert Park that is popular amongst the locals.

I was here the other night for a friends birthday event. I was really impressed with the venue! The emerald room was spacious, elegantly decorated and had a balcony (perfect spot to take a breather from dancing!). Canapés served included: crumbed chicken, beef skewers, arancini etc. These were yummy and pretty substantial. Service was very good, the staff were super friendly and we had a great night!
Fabulous night out at the Vincent with our neighbors. We booked a table for 9 at 5:30 so the kids can watch the free kids movie in the function room. Staff were great with all kids, didn't bother them or other customers if the kids were loud. They had some great deals that night starting off with happy hour between 4-7pm drinks were $5. Kids ate free with paying adults and burger and chips were $12.

Gastrology recently indulged in a seven-course vegan feast with matched beverages at The Vincent, one of Albert Park’s historic hotels. The dinner was led by a group of 7 chefs from around Melbourne, who each developed and presented one course. The evening's menu was inspired by the classic tale, The Jungle Book.
Nice place, came late on a Sunday. That lamb shoulder was so tender and the cauliflower was so perfectly cooked too. Definitely coming back again
Post a basketball game nearby a few of us decided on parma's and brews at The Vincent.
- Place has a good relaxed feel, staff were really friendly and attentive.
- Parma's were very good, though $24 was a probably a bit more than I'd pay for the size.
- Will go back for sure after games.
I came here for a boozy work lunch and was delighted firstly to be leaving work at 1pm with zero intentions of returning, secondly by putting a whole heap of cocktails on the company Amex but thirdly and most importantly by the delicious food. We started with some shared grazing items, the dips and olives and some parmesan polenta chips. Yum and yum. I then had the lamb backstrap with sweet potato mash and roasted beetroot, good quality pub food. Even though the place was pretty empty given it was midday midweek there was actually quite a nice atmosphere. Could also be due to the copious bottles of wine ordered. Either way an enjoyable experience in a lovely setting
We found this gem when we lived in Port Melbourne, and are now making the most of their great food & pub atmosphere! Highly recommended anyone to come and try this place out!
The daily specials are awesome, value for money is second to none! Especially pub classic Tuesday or Parma Wednesday.
Looking forward to coming back during footy season and watching heaps of games and drinking plenty of brews.

We booked the side room, which comfortably seats around twenty, for a family get-together on a Sunday lunchtime. As soon as we arrived we were greeted warmly and offered water or drinks from the bar. It was a terribly hot day, but lovely and cool inside. The staff were fabulous - attentive, prompt, and professional. When the food arrived (we chose shared plates) we were not disappointed! Beautifully cooked, quality ingredients and plentiful. At no time did we feel rushed or hurried, and when it was time to pay the bill we were pleased to discover that they would split the bill for us. I would highly recommend the Vincent.
This is a great place. I have only eaten here 3 or 4 times and always with a large group (10+) and have only ever had the steak.
The staff here are really good. Nothing is too much trouble, glasses are kept full and food is delivered on time and in time. The steaks are cooked as ordered and the quality of the meat is really good. If you are in the area and feel like a steak in a friendly environment then I would recommend this place.

Usual boys night, steak tartare with a modern twist is always a goer and it did not disappoint. Delicate flavours, beautifully presented. Very very good.
Two of us had the lamb plate, and the other two shared the lamb shoulder. All agree that it was one of the tastiest meals we have had.

Favourite place for a cold beer and burger. The fireplace on a cold night is really good. Staff here are really nice and welcoming. Gets busy with happy hour - but never to crowded.
Beautiful. My wife and I have dined here on a few occasions since the new owners took over. Love the new layout. Good was outstanding - especially the lamb shoulder to share. Meat was fall off the bone. Plenty of drinks to choose from, all reasonably priced.
Chilled and Sophisticated. Had dinner here this evening. The place has changed considerably especially menu wise. Scallops, pork belly and the sher wagyu rump were the highlights. Ordered the 2011 Francois Villard Cote Rotie from the reserves list. Really beautiful wine With an O.K price tag.

Good beer selection and food. Nice cosy atmosphere inside-especially with the cold weather coming. Despite being busy the staff were always friendly and helpful. Good selection of beers and enjoyed the food (chips and barramumdi & prawn risotto). Will definitely be back-especially for some more triple cooked chippies!
Absolutely loved it....the entree scallops were cooked to perfection so to was the snapper on prawn risotto...quinoa salad was the best I've had ! Have been here a few times & never disappointed !!

Have tried the fine dining section & loved it so after we couldn't get into another local r/taunt thought we'd try the Bar area..we went for the tapas & loved every one - never thought if say this given I'm not a pork lover - but the pulled pork croquettes were to die for...so glad the waiter recommended it- every dish was ready - the calamari was tender - the prAwn skeweres were yummy - the lamb koftas were fu of flavor - and finally the Brownie desert was mouth watering - Yummo ....coupled with great wine ..thank you the Vincent for a great dinner ...

Best local around. Just had an awesome steak sandwich. Excellent seafood pasta. Always sensational food. Wine list is great and the staff are legends. Here with my partner almost weekly and always great to bring the crew back for a boogie on the weekend. Taco Thursdays are also a winner

I went recently for the ribs and rump on a Tuesday. The price, along with the quality of the ribs and the rump steak. I will be back, this is a hidden gem in Melbourne!
I just went here for their Ribs & Rump Tuesday deal. Ribs and/or rump with fries and salad for $16. GET INVOLVED!! I went for the rib option, 2 delicious racks and my partner had the ribs and rump, one rack and a little piece of rump. The rump was cooked perfectly and I didn't know that rump could be that tender. Also, the chocolate fondant for dessert was amazing. Will definitely be back.

Have had the pleasure of eating and drinking here on several occasions, the staff are fantastic, friendly attentive and extremely professional they are lead by a professional management team in particular Maris, who has flair, enthusiasm and is extremely knowledgeable . If you are looking for a down to earth venue with a family feel the Vincent is a venue to visit, its finally a refreshing change from the pretentious venues in Albert Park.

Came here last Friday night with some friends who were visiting from Sydney. Our food arrived very promptly, except my partners, who had arrived late and ordered separately to the rest of us. After waiting about 20min for his steak, he was told the order was lost. 4 separate staff members apologized to us, and we received complimentary chips and sherry at the end of the meal. A mistake, but they more than made up for it. The food is yum, and a quality wine list to boot! Glad to have this as my local.
We chose THe Vincent for my son's 18th birthday celebration. From the moment we parked out the front we were warmly welcomed by the staff who assisted with seating my 91 year old Mother.
We started with a dozen fresh oysters which were magnificent !
My son had the Grain feed beef, which he said was the best he ever tasted. Mother thoroughly enjoyed the poached Salmon.
My partner and I the Paella which was amazing! ( and we have been to Barcelona)
I wish to thank the staff for a wonderful and memorable evening.

We visited The Vincent for the very first time late one afternoon and had a few drinks and nibbles at the bar which was great and the wait staff that served us was very nice and friendly. It was relatively quiet at this time but I could imagine that it would be a lot busier later in the evening as it's a popular hotel with locals. All up, we had an enjoyable experience.

I had my 30th birthday in the Atrium Bar at this place. The room was beautifully decorated with flowers as they just started bottomless brunch. The Atrium bar was close to bathroom and it also had its own little bar area through the window. Most importantly, it was spacious enough to host 50 guests.
The email correspondence was a little slower than I expected but they answered every single question with detailed information so I didn’t have to go back and forth.
On the day, they allowed me to come in earlier than contracted hours to decorate the space, and all the staff members including the manager Fernanda were really friendly and helpful. Fernanda even brought extra TV screen to play my photos as the other TV that was attached to the wall wasn’t working properly.
All my guests said they really enjoyed the night and kept asking how I had found the place as they liked the ambience, food and service.
I would totally recommend the space to anyone who looks for a venue for any kind of events.

I hosted my sister's hen's lunch at The Vincent and it was great day had by all! We hosted it in The Emerald room and it was the perfect room. The food was great and there was lots of it. The staff were very accomadating and made the process very easy, thank you!

Great spot for locals and small functions. We celebrated my sisters in laws birthday here with the family. There was about 10 adults and 4 kids. We ordered the lunch special $15 most donuts had parmas. We sat in the courtyard inside, very light and airy.
I organised a school community event to be held at The Vincent, our numbers exceeded expectation and Yohan and his team found a solution with nothing being too much trouble. The service was exceptional, the food impressed parents and students and a wonderful evening was had by all. I highly recommend this venue!
