Staff is so rude they don't have manners how to talk with uber eats riders. Last day I went to to collect my order they don't mention that riders not allowed in side shop so as normally I went to shop to tell them my order number she shouting and behave so rudely and kick me out from shop . Just one more thing i say plz we are human as well we also feel embarrassed so plz treat us a human not like your personal servant. And at the end she give me thumbs down as well that effect my rating. We doing our best and try to do that we can best so get good rating and at the end these kind of silly and uneducated people give us thumbs down for no reason. So plz avoid this place. Thanks

Worst Thai we've ever had. We were really disappointed with the quality of the food from here, we ordered the roti with satay sauce: the sauce tasted like rancid peanuts. The pad thai was tasteless with steamed carrots and broccoli as an after thought. The basil and lemongrass chicken stir fry was beyond dry. Would not recommend.

My adult son and I went to Charm for dinner 28th August. Having been there twice before we were looking forward to the outing. We were very disappointed - very slow service, although there were few other diners and the meals, when they eventually came were the very worst Thai meals we have ever had. I had ordered king prawns with a tamarind sauce and my son had ordered barramundi with various vegetables. Both meals were dry, tasteless and devoid of any sauce. Although we complained about lack of sauce the waitress maintained it was mixed through the meal. Charm has lost two customers. Very Uncharmed!!!

We don't get here often but every meal has been great. Good polite service.

Had deep fried soft shell crab, shrimp n chicken spring rolls, stir fried chicken n veggie, roti. Takeaway. There were 7 ppl sit next table talking way too loud. Liked the decor of the restaurant and it provides coloured pencils , crayons, paper for doodling, and even legos to play, which made the waiting time so much interesting. Waitress was nice. Dish was quite acceptable for the price. :)

Our local Thai continues to serve tasty, authentic food where you can choose the level of chilli heat, from mild to hot, hot, hot. The meals are freshly cooked to order and are full of flavour. We keep coming back and are never disappointed.

I’m sad to say that this is really not very nice Thai food, especially compared to other shops in the area. It’s also a bit more expensive. The pad Thai and the pad see ew were particularly bland.

I must say that I am really dissapointed with my order. Tom Kha was so sour that I couldn't eat it, but it wasn't even the main case. I ordered curry with tofu and instead got 4 slices of carrot, 1 piece of broccoli with no tofu at all, not even one small piece. I really think that I should have been at least informed about this before I paid for it.

Charm by name and charming by nature! Larb Gai (chicken mince salad), Beef Salad & Chicken Green Curry all rich in delicious & complex Thai flavours. Heat rating is Thai, so be prepared for an explosive mouth sensation if you order "hot". Parking was surprising easy given it's location in the heart of Albert Park. Online booking with confirmation was convenient for sending to fellow guests. Waitress was attentive and well informed. Lovely modern interior and a low key relaxed environment.

Thursday night dinner for 1. Last time I came I had the roast duck with red curry and it was fantastic. I had a craving for it so decided to go back. When I got there I thought I'd try the pad thai instead. I was so disappointed. The noodle they used wasn't the normal rice noodle and the fish sauce was overpowering. Next time I will stick with the duck with red curry. They waitress was very attentive. I go there because I know it is a quieter restaurant compared to other Thai places. I love the quiet atmosphere. I think they do a bit more home deliveries than other areas because saw the delivery person go in & out frequently whilst I was there.

Food was great! The fish I ordered had so many flavors. We ordered number of dishes and everything reminded me of Thailand. Definitely worth going again!

We parked outside this Thai place on our way for a walk to the beach at Albert Park. We realised there were lots of gluten free options and decided to look further after our walk. We were not disappointed with our meals. The pad thai had more king prawns than we have usually seen, the Massaman Osso Bucco curry was the best massaman my wife and I have ever had and we would say the same about the coconut rice. The larb gai was delicious but a bit more spice was in it than we like. Service was attentive and prompt. The only complaint is the spring rolls were fried a bit too much but still tasted great, We will happily go again.

Disappointing. I ordered the chicken pad Thai because I couldn't be bothered cooking after Christmas day.

I've had a lot of different pad Thai from a lot of different places and this was the worst one I've had. The noodles weren't flat noodles, they looked like magi 2min noodles. The sauce tasted like a mixture of tomato sauce from a bottle and lemon juice mixed together. The meal was generally a struggle to eat because it tasted so bad.

I will remember not to get takeaway from here next time I'm tired and hung over.

Food not hot enough when delivered. The food was very tasty unfortunately the temperature was just not hot enough, which wasn't really good enough in my opinion. Otherwise delivery was very quick, but it not being hot enough let the whole meal down.

Just been back to Charm Thai - WOW - I forgot how good it is. Fresh ingredients, great flavours, friendly service - it definitely has the X factor!

Every dish was delicious!. Our group of 5 shared entrees and mains and all were a taste sensation! Traditional Thai food and impeccable service - we will be back.

Ordered for delivery through their online booking system which they clearly don't check as an hour later still no food- called them and it was with us within 25 minutes. Thai fish cakes were good with good dipping sauce, calamari wasn't that interesting but may have been better hotter. Massaman curry was very tasty.

Food here is better than lot of restaurants in Bangkok. Love their Pad Thai and Mussanan is also good. Always Charmed!

I have visited many times. The last two visits have been disappointing. I live in Thailand so maybe it makes it worse. But last nights Phad Thai was terrible. So much fish saucein it, that I could not eat it. The spring rolls were also poor. That will be my last visit

Pleasant night! We came h.... Pleasant night!

We came here on our first date coz my boyfriend read good reviews and we had a superb date. Great service, great food and we will definitely be back. Pretty nice interior too.

Fantastic Thai. We have eaten here many times and taken a lot of people to Charm. It never disappoints difficult to find a bad item on the menu. Although service has dropped off in the past 3 months due to the busy takeaway trade they do. Hope they can keep the focus on the eat in cliental and review their high corkage.

Magnificent! Great service, delicious menu. The best Thai food I've had in Melbourne!!!

Beautiful fresh Thai. Definately one of the best in Melbourne in my opinion, I don't care what anyone says...I prefer it to Sweet Basil in Prahran...each to their own. There are many nice but nothing special Thai restaurants and Charm do some extra special dishes. Try the Massaman Osso Bucco which has a special star anise flavour. Ingredients are very fresh and the service is extra good (especially for a thai restaurant). Tis a lovely clean little restaurant with a nice ambience too

I went here largely based on the good reviews here and a love of Thai. The service was fine and the food was ok/average. Maybe ok for a local but certainly not the best in Melbourne as some reviews suggest 5/10. Suggest Sweet Basil in Prahan if you want high quality Thai of this style.

Just got back from Charm.... My wife had gone a few nights before and recommended it for me and old uni friends. All the dishes, entree and mains were brilliant. Definitely a keeper...

Great food & service. Referring to urbanspoon is a real bonus. Good reviews led us to Charm & 2 days later we're going back. Food & service are as good if not better than any where in Melbourne. Without a doubt if you try it you'll be back again & again. Top Thai in town.

Exceptional. The service was pretty good, but I guess you dont go to most Thai restaurants mainly for the service. The food was really good though. There's nothing particularly unique about the menu, they just do the dishes very well. Had the yellow curry and the duck curry which were both great, topped off by some asian vegetables in a tasty sauce. The roti bread was really good too. I'd give this place at least 8 out of 10.

Melbourne's Best Thai. Being a Sydney native, we'd gotten very used to being able to find Thai for any budget and any taste. Moving to Melbourne nine years ago was brilliant except for two things - the beaches (ahem) and the Thai.

We've searched long and hard over the years and we finally think we've found what we reckon is Melbourne's best Thai. On a beautiful Melbourne summer's evening, this place was just perfect.

We like the simple Thai - pad thai and the like. Their pad thai is exquisite, not the sticky mess that most Thai restaurants in Melbourne like. The Tom Khaa Gai was exactly right and, heaven forbid, wasn't ruined by red curry paste. The Goong gra-tiem, prawns with black pepper and garlic were superb.

Don't ask me about the wine because I just don't care. You can get wine anywhere, you can't get Thai food this good just anywhere.
