Review Six Two Seven Eat Drink Unwind - Albury

Great Staff and service from Terry and Mel and all other staff. Today I had the best lunch for $ value ever. $23 for Steak πŸ₯©, chips and garlic πŸ§„ prawn 🦐 sauce. Highly recommend The Newy. It’s really good when you can write a positive review. If you’re in the area do yourself a favour and visit. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ to all staff! Thank you 😊

Gee the Newy has come along way. We had a function in the blue room which was fantastic. Service and food were great. Great pub meals with a lovely atmosphere out the back in the newest section on the deck. Well worth a visit and very convenient if you are visiting someone in hospital as it is directly across the road.

We had group 20+ . Majority meals came out quickly. Good quality generous size however several meals took over 1 hour, including a pizza meal. Really..

Just had lunch here was greeted with menus thrown on the table by a young girl with dark hair orders round of drinks and ordered our meals service was good but when the first 3 meals came out they were stone cold sent back my meal was redwine shanks when my meal came back out it was hotter but had roast meat gravy placed all over the shank which was revolting I complain after eating what we could was offered a voucher or a money refund by the waitress then the waitress returns to the table to say none of these options can be given to us what a complete joke. To me it wasn't about the refund it was letting them no the poor quality of food and experience. There is no way on earth I would ever dine back here again .for over $100 dollars spent on meals you would expect better .

Hidden away in plain sight. Wonderful country style pub with huge meals. My stuffed chicken was tender and served with a great variety of fresh vegetables. Book a table to avoid disappointment.

How they do the food for the prices they charge is beyond. Huge serves, great tasting god, friendly staff. You need to book, it is extremely popular.

This was the worst pub I’ve been to. The service was extremely slow with the food taking 2 hours to come out. It was certainly not worth the money or the wait. The garlic bread entree was burnt. The mains were inedible. The pizza was burnt and soggy. The carbonara was swimming in sauce, the chicken parmigiana was over cooked and tasted much like a frozen schnitzel. Spaghetti bolognaise had no mince in it and reminded me of tinned spaghetti. We all left our meals barely touched. Very disappointing experience. We will not be back.

Amazing pub Been here two nights in a row. The meal portions are huge, never seen anything like it. And cheap! Very impressed
