$2.50 charged for maximum $700 withdrawal... And then the ATM spits it out in $20 bills.... And then you need to pay an additional $2.50 to get another $300 out because you needed $1000 for the small af saddie bag your about to buy.
I have opened an account with Hume bank and all my documents have been verified and approved by their system but they called me up after two weeks advising that they would close my account because they couldn't verify my documents. I guess i am lucky not to deposit any money into the new account oth
Bank staff are very helpful but sadly the bank let's them down. No deposits In auto teller machines. Auto tellers closed at night. No mobile phone tap and pay, instead the offer a ring. No after hours helpline. Understaffed. Probably the worst bank in the country. But the staff are nice.
Applied for a home loan 3 years ago and they didn’t even have the decency to tell me I was rejected. Went elsewhere, secured the loan and have since paid back the loan in full. Worst customer service ever.
