I am a burger fan and I can say I have tried majority of burger places all around Australia, low rating of this place surprised me. I am a frequent traveler to Albury but not tried them before as the rating was low. I liked the patty but bun can be improved. I would say they were a bit under staffed
Absolutly incredible! Ive been craving a cheese burger all week long and held out to try one of the ones here, amazing!!!! We waited 10 minutes for the food and it hit the spot so good! Will be returning when i have a cheeseburger craving again!
I am also surprised but the low star rating. We loved our burgers here. Toasty bun, tasty super fresh fillings, great chips and the decor is lots of fun. five stars from us.
Burger was way too sloppy. Fell apart upon eating. Bun wasn't toasted. Beef was cooked well, however the bun was soggy. Patty to bun ratio was a bit off, with the patty not being enough to finish the burger/bun. Chips were cooked unevenly presenting inconsistencies with potato being cooked. Was too
Absolutely terrible, service is mediocre, food is handled without gloves while handling cash, dishes etc. Way too pricey for what you get, i've seen 3 staff members on their phones. Pricey, Slow..very slow. Unhygienic no gloves handling cash and making burgers and grasping handfuls of chips for transfer to container. Burger did taste good though.
Food is good (although they forgot the bacon of my burger),fries are really good and so is the coleslaw but it's a long wait even when it's not really too busy.
Love the food but seriously need to sort out the hours closing at 4pm during the week is terrible should be opened later.
