Review Mcdonald's - Albury

It was lovely and clean with plenty of tables and chairs. They were very helpful when placing our order and had it ready in no time. The meal was good and the coffee was great. Great place to get something to eat and drink in a short amount of time.

Idk if it's under new management last few months but I've noticed a lot of improvements. Staff have started to show customer service skills. The workers have improved with getting the orders out right. Wait times are less. Still trouble remembering straws, napkins & sauces consistently. Peak hour is crazy but they've been managing lately. Lettuce & tomatoe has been fresh & icecream machine has been working for awhile now. Well done on the improvements!

Just walked out. I have recently moved to the north east. The first time I went there I was appalled at the service and then the cold food and missing food. Tonight could not even place an order because no one was at the register. Never again. I hope the owner is aware of the incompetency of his staff. I had many people tell me of the same experience’s

If I could give this zero stars I would. My partner and I ordered menulog with then as it was late by the time we got back from our jobs and neither of us wanted to go through drive through. We paid for 2 large meals and a cheeseburger. Instead we got one of the meals, the wrap for my meal and a medium drink but no chips for the second LARGE meal. I have now tried to call them 14 times and either had it go to voice mail, line busy or twice now call was ended. We did not pay to get less than half the value of what we spent money for. At least have some decency to pick up the phone, this has been for the duration of 15 to 20 minutes now, so there is very little chance that they haven't been able to pick up in this timespan. Highly do not recommend this restaurant as we have had issues even when ordering from front counter.

Worst running macca i have ever seen. They should get negative rating for their service. You have to wait half an hour for service. Those kids even won’t look at you if you waiting for order or having an order. I don’t know how this business is running. Those staffs should be trained or replaced.

We bought coffees this morning, as we have other mornings and the same barista has served us each time. The coffees have been superb every time and encourage us to go back time and time again. Well done to the barista who was working the morning shift, you are doing a great job!!!

Worst run McDonalds in Australia. If you could give 0 i would. Lazy and inattentive staff. Waited 35 minutes for a coffee that never came. Followed up three times. Still never came. Walked out. Wasnt a meal time. Store had no more than 5 customers at any one time. Observed people waiting for over 5 minutes at an unattended counter. Watched unserved customers leave.
