Best pizza in Perth! This place honestly makes such good pizzas. Authentic wood fired classic pizzas with quality bases and toppings. Love the Aumm Aumm and Margherita, get them every time. The owners are really nice people too.

Amazing pizzas. It's the closest thing i've found to what you get in Italy. Slightly higher cost than your average local pizza place and certainly more than a takeaway chain.
But the quality is worth the extra cost.

Would be fantastic if they could get an EFT function as there are no ATMs nearby that you don't have to pay to use.
Epic tasting Pizzas. The bases this place makes are fantastic. Really light and crunchy and perfect amount of toppings. Customer service is fantastic and you can see the owner really takes pride in what he does. BYO with no corkage and a nice atmosphere to have a great meal. Could not fault anything.
We celebrated Dad's birthday tonight at this delightful little Italian pizza restaurant. The owners are always friendly, welcoming and down to earth and the pizzas are always top quality. For a no-frills, casual dining experience with an emphasis on high-quality ingredients and old-fashioned customer service you couldn't ask for better. Highly recommended. We will be returning.
The pizzas were perfection. My boyfriend is Italian and is extremely fussy when it comes to pizza (all Italian food for that matter!) and he was impressed with the food. The crust was flavoursome, light and crunchy but thick enough to support the evenly spaced toppings. We had the capricciosa and the carne pizzas and for both of them every component - the individual meats, olives, artichoke etc... was tasty. So lucky that I'm a local! Only downside is they take cash only.

Best woodfired pizza in Perth! The dough is perfection and the toppings are so fresh and tasty. Claudio is a legend too! A little on the pricey side but I think you get what you pay for.
Amazing pizza! The best dough and quality ingredients always! Never had a bad experience here we go weekly for our Claudio pizza cravings! Highly recommend the aumm aumm, Margarita, Luna Rossa, carne pizzas and the garlic bread is out of this world. The garlic bread is a cheesey garlicky amazing focaccia-like style. You won't be disappointed. Just like REAL pizza in Italy. Thick airy dough, wood fired and simple quality toppings. If you don't love it you're crazy!
Best pizza in Perth! I recommend the famous Nutella Calzone dessert and Carne (meatlovers). Friendly owners who are lovely to talk with. Will always come back there with my partner.

You know that day when you just say "stuff it", and can't be bothered either cooking or going to one of Perths many great restaurants, and decide just to grab a quick takeaway, head home, and pig out?Well we had one recently and decided to give one of our old haunts a re-visit, Claudio's Pizza in Alexander Heights, for those of you that live in the southern burbs, do your taste buds a massive one and go for a drive, you will be more than thankful that you did. Claudio and his wife have been dishing out amazing pizzas for years now, and yet they still maintain their passion in creating amazing pizzas.To just try and recommend any one pizza is akin to picking the lotto numbers in that it is near on impossible, however, I have a soft spot for the Calzone, but also love the Quattro.The place is not what one would call flash, however, if your looking for a casual, friendly, family style eatery, then this is the place, they always make everyone feel like they have just come home for dinner.If you have a few hours to spare, ask Claudio why he like Ducati's :)It's so pleasing to see that there are still places that you can return to after a while and still enjoy the food and hospitality, just as you remembered it, but in a good way.Well done guys, keep up the great work.Gary
Best Pizza in Perth. In the middle of nowhere but my gosh its worth the journey. His base is slightly thicker than a traditional wood oven pizza, but it works perfectly. Pizza made with Love.
Good pizza in Perth for takeaway and eat there. Crunchy, flavoursome dough and quality fresh toppings. I drive there to get it when I can as it's a bit of a step for me. Looks nice and cosy to eat in the restaurant as well. Lovely couple doing a great job.

My Friends speak me about an Claudio's italian pizza and i wanted taste it.
I think is one of the best pizza that i have tasted, the hand worked dough with REAL wood oven make it a delicious and digestibile.

I'm Italian and I hardly remember a pizza of the quality you can get at Claudio's. I'm a regular and I can tell you that consistency is his forte.
If you want to experience pizza like you would have it under the Vesuvio, without travelling thousands of kilometres, just go there.
Ordered the capriciosa - was ready in 15 mins - nice quaint little pizza shop tucked away off Alexander drive - ingredients were very nice , not too much cheese and the sauce was excellent, the deal breaker though was the base - just the right amount of hydration & chew and not to oily or dry & cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place - only downside and I'm sure they have there reasons , but purely from a customers perspective is that they are cash only - eftpos availability would be better.
The food, the people, the feel. Neat and special is this place, has a very local feel but with a flavor of his homeland. Simple menu but the best tasting pizza! Try the Italian selection, need more the dessert pizza is a must. Bring BYO the night willnt break the bank and you will leave with s smile on your face and stomach. Going back. For sure!
Fantastic find!!! From the outside doesnt look like much but inside is a cute little intimate restaurant with an italian vibe... Very friendly staff. Pizzas are amazing packed with fresh ingredients and bases made right in front of you. And best of all... NO CORKAGE! Winning!
Master of the dough. We went to Claudio's for a pizza and ended up with an experience. Right from the welcome of Lillian's dazzling smile everything went right.. The wood fired pizzas were amazing, I had a Caprese which is the simplest of pizzas but so hard to do correctly. The dough had just the right amount of crunch on the outside followed by a lovely moist texture inside.
For a pizza cooked on the floor of the oven, not a pan, it had absolutely no charred bits, just a perfectly even bake throughout and as a long time pizza fan I can tell you that this pizza has been rarely equalled. The fact that the service was so friendly and attentive just completed the the experience.

AMAZING. I have to say even with great reviews I still was dubious considering its a tiny place in the middle of nowhere in Alexander Heights...but boy is this place worth visiting the suburbs for. I'm italian & have lived in Melbourne - the pizza here is better than anything I've had here or in Melbourne. So delicious - the crispiest crunchy thin smoky crust you can imagine & yummy toppings that fill you up but don't leave you feeling overstuffed or greasy. The owners/chef are so friendly too - service was brilliant! Do yourself a favour a try Claudio's special garlic bread which is like a garlic & mozzarella pull apart - so good! I'm going back & bringing my Sicilian father-he is going to love it but this place is definitely going to be a staple from now on. It's a cash only venue so make sure you visit an atm before- do not miss out! Honestly those well known places in Northbridge have nothing on this - keep up the great work! yum cant wait to go back!
Best Pizza in Perth!. So lucky to have Claudio's pizza as our 'local'. Every pizza we have eaten here has always been made with quality ingredients, cooked to perfection & tasted amazing. The pizza is nice & crispy, not too thin and not too soggy! Claudio knows how to make a pretty damn fine pizza. Soooooo goooood!

Great Pizza. Great tasting woodfired pizza and garlic bread, fantastic friendly service and baby friendly. We couldn't ask for a better local pizzeria. A busy establishment is a good indicator of good food, and it was busy the whole time we were there.

Fantastic. What a fantastic, friendly little pizza place tucked away in the suburbs of Perth. I have not had pizza and service this fantastic in a long time. We will be making this a regular place to visit!
A Little Slice of Italy. If you're looking for an authentic Italian pizza experience, then look no further. Claudio's pizza's are the real deal. Simple, fresh ingredients. Light, crusty base and huge in size. To top it off, you'll be given a warm Italian welcome from Claudio, the owner, who's passion for his job is undeniable. You'll feel like you're eating in an Italian family home, rather than a Pizzeria. Highly recommended.

Comforting. So this place is on the pricier end when it comes to pizzas but trust me its worth it! The friendliest staff who are so welcoming and make you feel part of their family. Prices, like I said, are a bit higher for local food, but the pizza is massive! (so you do get our money's worth). The dough is perfect, not too oily, soggy or thick. Toppings are always the finest and freshest ingredients. And service is always on point.
Pizzalicious. Even though this is a small and quite simple restaurant, it is simply fantastic. This is definitely the place to go for great pizza. Claudio is a really friendly guy who obviously loves what he does. Selection is cleverly thought out with something for everyone.
Be careful not to order too much and not have room for a dessert pizza.
The BEST Garlic Bread Pizza EVER!!!!. OMG, Claudio's Cheesy Garlic Bread Pizza ...... you have never tasted anything like it! Soooooo Good!!!
The Pizza with the lot, leaves every other Pizza tried in Perth to shame! Everything else is still yet to be tried, but the dough is made in house, everything is fresh and SERIOUSLY FABULOUS!!

What a delightful find! The pizza was spectacular - best outside of Italy (or at least Lygon Street, Melbourne!) Staff and owner were fun and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit if you live here or are visiting like we were! Thanks for a lovely evening and best of luck for the future.
Claudios pizza. Every body says how great the service is and how Claudio and his wife are real friendly. Have any non Italian people gone there befor because i see italain people going there and Claudio and his wife talk to them. When i go he never says hello and his wife just takes the order and thats it. While i wait they dont say nothing to me and its not like its a busy shop.
Personally i think Crust pizza is better value, better service and alot more topping on the pizza even the owners of Dominos will have a chat to you and they are ten times busier.
The best!!! Claudio's has it all - taste, price, quality and service. Will be going back there again. Love this place.
Authentic Italian Pizza. This is what a true pizza should be like just the way Claudio makes it None of those rubbery ones with a tonne of ingredients on top. Fresh ingredients are used and the pizza made right in front of you just like how they make them in Italy.
No longer do I have to wait to go back to Italy to savour an authentically Italian made pizza, I just have to go up the road now!
The staff, especially Claudio are really friendly and welcoming which makes the eating experience all the more memorable.

Being Italian- Calabria & Sardegna, we grew up with traditional meals, at home & Italy. These days its so hard to find a traditional Italian pizzeria, let alone restaurant...to much hard work! My boyfriend and I have spent over a month searching perth for a takeaway pizza that doesn't taste like rubber or have minimal average toppings. Last night we tried Claudio's and finally we can stop our search. Not only is the pizza the best I've ever had the staff were friendly and inviting. We will be back to visit very soon!
Best In The West. I have returned to this place time after time, because the ingredients are fresh, the choice is large and the quality is unmatched. A perfect mumma pappa shop that never skimps on quality or quantity for that matter. Lovely atmosphere and attitude from staff, and you can even have a chat with the chef as he makes your pizza right in front of you. Save space for a dessert pizza!
Hells yeah. Just moved in around the corner, gotta be happy with this as the local pizza joint! Fluffy, crispy base, great choice of toppings. A bit expensive but good for a treat.

Absolutely amazing! Garlic prawns is my fav and the nutella dessert pizza is to die for! Hands down the best pizza in town.
We found the pizzas to be nice enough but not quite worth the price. The service and restaraunt were very good and they were very passionate about what they do so I'd definitely say give it a try. Perhaps some of the other toppings would be worth a try b4 casting complete judgement on the price. Overall the only complaint would be paying $44 for 2 large pizzas.
The Best. This has to be the best, friendliest restaurant in WA. Claudio and Lilliana are the best of hosts and the pizza's are just the best. We go not just for the food but also the atmosphere. It's a real experience. We are new to Perth and immediately felt welcomed and at home. Come for the food and stay for the atmosphere. Awesome

Have known Claudio's was there for ages but had never been until a couple of months ago. Will not have pizza anywhere else now! I had been looking for brilliant wood fired pizza all over Perth and it was right under my nose!
Seriously good!! The pizza is amazing and made by a lovely couple that make you feel right at home especially if the Italian speaking Nonna is in town. All the Pizzas are amazing & the dessert Pizza with the icecream is a must. Also BYO which is always a bonus.
'A small piece of Italy'. My Italian husband thinks its the best pizza he's had since Italy - we love it, we head there once a week with a nice wine & bounissimo!!!

Worth the drive. We live 100km away from Perth but have occasion to visit the northern suburbs of an evening. Despite driving past Little Caesar's (and not casting any aspersions on their pizzas, as we enjoy them too), we like to call in to Claudio's for a pizza fix. It's always worth the drive. The hosts are so welcoming too, and take the trouble to make every customer feel special and appreciated- sadly too often a rare thing in Perth restaurants. I only wish they were closer to our place :-)
Best pizza in Perth. I have been going to Claudio's pizza since it opened and have introduced it to all my friends and family (many whom still religiously go there at least once a week). Simply put, Claudio knows how to make great pizza.
Do yourself a favour and go there and try it out.
Thanks to Claudio we don't need to flight 22 hrs home to enjoy an authentique PIZZA.

Claudio's pizza is the highest rated Pizza shop in Perth...and there is a reason for it! Claudio was born in Italy and has been making pizzas since he was a young boy! Claudio's pizza is authentic because his recipe has been taught to him many years ago in Italy and his passion for the job is evident as he selects only fresh produce and makes pretty much everything from scratch. People might like to copy Claudio's pizza, and to them I say "Give it your best shot". Imitation is the highest form of flattery and there are 900+ pizza shops in Perth and Claudio's Pizza is amongst the highest in WA and Australia. I rest my case!
