Review Yum Ciao - Allawah

Saw some reasonably priced deals to try. Two pastas and two pizzas for $67. The pasta was pre cooked so tasted a bit gluggy and not al dente at all. The sauces were ok but not very rich in flavour. The pizzas were better with a good rise on crust and good use of toppings but the dough was rather bland. Overall a bit disappointed because they felt and sounded authentic in offerings and their pronunciation but the product execution was as distant as we are geographically from Italy.

I don't recommend these two pasta. Maybe we should try other meals. The environment and service is good.

Spent 10 minutes waiting at the counter for someone to take my order while the person was taking multiple orders over the phone. Also decided to order over the phone. When the person taking the order noticed that I was standing in front of him at the counter I was told it's rude to do so. And he refused to take my order. Yes it is rude to ignore customers and give priority to people taking orders over the phone. While the woodfire pizzas were looking really nice, I lost my appetite for pizza that night.

Loved the wooden oven taste of the pizza, specially calzone, it was awesome and we could make some changes depends on our preferences which was so cool! Dessert was also good. Highly recommend to y’all!

Yummy pizza n pasta dishes. The flavours are delicious. Definitely worthy of returning for more🙂

The food was really good -the garlic tomato prawns was so tasty as was the pizza. The service was friendly and good..and the coffee was just how we like it!!
