Been to this La Porchetta branch many times and does not disappoint.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating if you're unhappy with your order. Ordered the vegan Eggplant Parma (they have a whole vegan menu) which included a side, the serving was very large that I couldn't finish it. The best part of all is the warm complimentary bread!!

I dont usually eat at La Porchetta but i was happy with their pizza and salad. Gluten free dough was nice and cant tell the difference with normal base. Salad was also nice. Safe choice when craving for pizza

Great service, great food, great environment. I was amazed at 3 menu choices: vegan, regular and a specials menu. Everything looked so appealing and the stuff were great in taking orders and bringing the food out. Would recommend to anyone!!

NEW VEGAN MENU REVIEW- honestly, I was really impressed. I have never ever felt so spoilt for choice. I couldn’t choose!!!! I went for the first main on the menu (and I’m sure I’ll just work my way down each time I return). Really full of flavour and good service too. So impressed to see such a well thought out menu.
Used to go here to eat in and have their Rib Eye Steaks but due to them changing the size of the steak we no longer do so as for the price the steaks are too small. Still do get takeaway, the pastas are good and so are the pizzas (deserts are great too, love the chocolate mouse and tiramusu). I have never had a problem with service and always found staff to be friendly and accomodating. The playground is a great idea giving parents and carers the chance to wind down and enjoy a bite while the kids have fun playing.
Just ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and it was to die for!! Lots of sauce, cheese and pineapple 👏
For BBQ sauce lovers, it's was the best I've had, what a great way to end the gruel of Monday 👍🏻

Came here with my hub and son for lunch. We ordered chips, salmon fettuccini and pesto gnocchi. So good! Servings are pretty big and filling. Fair prices.
Really likes it. Had a function there on the week end and i can not fault this restaurant at all great food and service not sure what the previous review means. the place is very clean spotless all my guest where very happy with food and service

This place always seems to be a bit of a hit or miss. If you order a pizza or pasta it's usually ok but if you try anything else it's pretty dodgy. The service varies too. Sometimes the girls are poorly groomed and too in your face. But I've also had good experiences with staff. Also the food can be inconsistent and it always looks different when it comes out. Even on a week to week basis. I ordered a Caesar on this occasion and it was terrible. It was all cold, traditionally you have warmer bacon and a fresh egg. This suggests that it was not fresh, and made it hard to eat.

This is an excellent family restaurant. Pizzas are targeted at the under 18s chocked full of all the prefab meat and artificial preservatives kids (and the young at heart) love to indulge in. Other Italian meals are available and these are also reasonable for the price.

Love this La Porchetta Restaurant!. Our family really like this restaurant. We have 3 young children that we love to take out and dine with us. We love the whole set up of the place. It is very child friendly. It has a great children's playground, it is roomy and it has a LCD T.V that you can watch while you eat your meals.
The staff here are very friendly especially the more mature staff. On one occasion the owner of the La Porchetta restaurant came out and gave all the children at the tables a promotional Coca Cola yo-yo.
I have probably tried almost everything on the menu and I have been satisfied with everything that I have eaten. I really like the Pizza here, the pastas with the avacado/chicken sauce and the steak with mushroom sauce & optional vegie or salad option.
This is a restaurant that we could afford to eat out at weekly. It is fairly priced considering the quality and quantity of the food that you receive.
I will certainly continue to be a good customer of La Porchetta Altona Meadows.
Ok for quick tea with kids
Good food, friendly waiters/waitresses, good service but probably a bit slow for my liking. Had indoor play area for kids. Parking lot is a bit small so can be a squeeze during busy times. Other than that, everything else is ok. Got a big projector tv as well if you like to watch tv while eating :)
