The Eastern Grey Bistro - Anglesea - Photo album

Food was , easy things to fix. Ribs were good with nice flavour. Onion rings were cold and soggy on the ribs and calamari needs a little greenery in between bites as it is quite spicy. Price a little high in general. A pint of rusty yak for 14.70 is absurd. Pizza oven caused us the most issues. Ever
Poor experience. Not sure if the chief gave up- but it was the first horrible meal there. Steak poor, gf pork belly tasted of being deep fried ( bad for the celiac- who has ordered the same meal for the past 5 meals)
Grabbed a Parma and pot after a round of golf, Parma was pretty good the beer was cold. The haloumi sticks were yum.
Didn’t play golf unfortunately Loved the Kangaroos laying around on the course Nice Venue,Food was good!!
A limited menu. a "Gastro pub", but has no steak or Parma on offer. Limited salad options. Beers are reasonably priced though. We went a bit put of our way to come for lunch with family, hoping to see kangaroos. Not worth it really.
Waited 45 minutes. Oh sorry you’re order wasn’t put through. No offer if any free drinks. Kids going off their heads. Not good enough.
Anglesea Golf Club bistro has had recent renovations - 2020 - and the outdated interior is now contemporary with a large new outdoor decking - great views of the golf course & kangaroos. Meals & service all good quality with great service. Recommend for casual relaxed meal.
We had the seafood tagliatelli. Was very nice. Covid safe set up. Polite serving staff.
