Awesome new cafe with super friendly staff. David is highly knowledgeable and provides some interesting facts that the average tea/coffee drinker probably didn’t know! Great concepts also. Definitely worth a visit.

The Steamlab caffee has an airy, open and relaxed feel about it, close to a treed avenue. The service is friendly and efficient and the coffee and savouries excellent. David took time to explain the coffees he is buying and how the Steam pump process and coffee taste differs from the expresso. Even provide a complimentary trial of the steamed coffee. Looking foward to returning for do another taste.
Nice little cafe in the neighborhood, good atmosphere, friendly staff, nice setup. The roasted mushroom with beetroot hummus ($16)which I had was wonderfully seasoned and tasty. Mum had the salted beef with poached eggs and black hollandaise sauce and latke potatoes($16). She loved it. Matcha latte was good, you just have to put in how much sugar you want. Would definitely recommend and come again.
Popped in here on a whim as I was in the area. The coffee was delicious and they served oat milk which was ideal. Couldn't resist getting something to eat, everything looks really well presented and smells great. Definitely keen to come back with friends. Do keep in mind there is very limited seating but worth a visit.
It's been hard for me to find good coffee in Perth. THIS is the place to enjoy a latte, with perfect froth till the last sip 😍

New to this area, i found a lovely gem of a place, staff were sooo friendly and my coffee was amazing. Minimal parking and lots of people use it as a stop while out on their 10speed bikes. Appears to be busy but the barista is quick. I was looking for a full brekky menu to eat, however they do have ready prepped rolls, wraps that are heated up for you. My toasted bacon and egg burger was

This is a great venue to stop and rest after shouting at the top of your lungs while cycling down Kintail road at 6am in the morning. Make sure to clip clop as loudly as possible when walking over to order your oat milk long mac topped up.
