It had been years since I’ve had Grill’d. Did our order online this time - it was flawless, easy, and quick. Drove 10 minutes to pick up my order after, and it was all ready to go. Burgers and fries both delicious. More than happy to return.
Food always comes out quick, great service and burgers are always great never had a problem! Been to plenty of grilld restaurants and none are as good as you guys!
I went to grill'd for dinner on Saturday night and preferred the zen hen and a corona. The food tasted really good. Great ambience, and great service. This is the best grill'd that I've been to. Will definitely return again.
Lovely venue, friendly and accommodating staff, and delicious food! I love the new vegan "Veggie vitality" burger. The pattie it comes with is delicious, and the burger is also great swapped with the pattie swapped with a field mushroom instead. Sweet potato fries are amazing too.
Love the venue here, it's situated at a very nice location on a busy intersection so you can just watch and enjoy your meal. I have always been a fan of their simply grilled burger - the most basic of burgers. Their beef patty is always perfectly grilled, left juicy and their seasoning is by far one of the best I've had of these burger joints. I'm also a fan of their crunchy herb chips and herbed mayo. A staple for burgers.
Regular customer here and never disappoints. I am a bit biased as I love burgers and it takes a lot to put me off.
Only true downside is how busy they get... Only 1 till operating with a line out the door. Maybe there are staffing shortages? This occurs often! Alongside a very busy seating area.
today we decided to try their burger. Everything was perfect. My son's ordered chicken burger from kids menu and he eat it by him self and finished the whole burger..👏👏👏and we had wild Wild West-traditional bread...its yummmm...so efficient.the only thing they lack was smiling from the guy who took our order @cashier..😁😁😁maybe he had a bad day today😁😁😁
The same as any other grill'd really. A summer sunset is all that will do for me. Though the burgers aren't that full of flavour and it is a bit overrated. Slowly getting over grill'd but had to come here for a family lunch.
Great burgers and love the zucchini chips. Service is quick and always with a smile. I had the chilli burger, no complaints it was a great burger. The only little gripe I have is that the zucchini chips were a tad oily, besides that it was all good!
Great burgers and chips! Really yummy, prepared with care. Wild wild west - make sure you have a big appetite if you order this. Hotbird - tender chicken, perfectly cooked.Moroccan lamb burger - Star dish of the night.Chilli addict - never disappoints. Addition of variety of chips (potato, zucchini and sweet potato) was the icing on the cake.
Tried the low carb superbun with the chicken "hotbird" burger. For a lighter version of bread, taste wise it was okay but kinda fell apart as I was trying to eat my burger. The sweet potato chips were deliciously crisp on the outside and nicely seasoned.

You know... The decor is great. The music had a great vibe at a good sound level... The burgers were great as well... We had the Simon Says on Gluten Free.... There was one thing that bugged me... I don't know why on this occasion it bugged me more than usual... Maybe because you don't see it much anymore, but the new $14.00 Chip Share Plate... Great idea, normal Grill'd chips, Sweet potato chips that were perfectly cooked, and a new Zucchini chips that were not too shabby either... However, all this heat food that came out on ceramic plates (obviously reusable) and the chips share plate comes out in cardboard cups. Now... Granted it's not as bad as the old days with polystyrene cups but really... Cardboard when it's not takeaway... You just don't see that much anymore. Maybe I am overreacting... Reading too much into it... You know... But... Three reusable ceramic dishes would work better, and probably hold the heat in the chips better as well.
Okay I have gone on enough about the cardboard cups... Apart from the the food and the service can't be faulted. Best Grill'd I have been too for service by far. Take a look at the attached pics, the inside of that chicken burger is awesome, and the glue free bread is starting to taste almost like .... Well.... "Real bread" it's so close I can taste it :-)

One of our team members decided on Grill'd for dinner, so the rest of us just complied. The last time we went to Grill'd was back in December last year. I found that Grill'd has improved a lot in terms of customer service (of course customer service will depend on who will be rostered on shifts).
After my falling out with the soggy low carb bun combined with field of dreams, I decided to go for panini & Zen Hen (the whole Zen thing makes it sounds healthier *jk*). The other two went with crispy bacon & cheese and mustard & pickled! Burgers arrived in time with the two sides of sweet potato and normal chips. We couldn't fault the service and food delivery, everything tasted good last night.
I like the Grill'd (Spanish) industrial decoration (trying to sound smart here), especially the use of their industrial pipe shelves for the display of drinks at the counter. It was good to see this place bustling with customers, definitely makes the place alive especially for a burger joint!
Feedback: please provide more of Davis & Waddell's Maverick retro tomato sauce bottles.
This was a bit of a confusing visit. We rocked up to a big line out the door and no staff to see is it was line for a table or just to order. We eventually just slipped in and took a table. Good food and service once in. Love the buns on sliders, the herby chips are wrong. Chicken salt please :-)
Always good.... Great atmosphere, burgers always good, great service by the peeps in there. My seven yr old loves it there...back from time to time.

Great service, great food. I'm usually not a burger fan but Grill'd has converted me. Our burgers all arrived within minutes and were fresh and delicious, especially the sliders. Service was excellent- the team work well together and the Hungarian guy who served us was really helpful. We'll definitely be back again soon...

Been here twice now - good both times. Went with five family members the first time and just two of us the second time. The first time there was long queues and problems taking orders, this had been solved by our most recent visit.
Both times the food was tasty and excellent value for money, service was fast and the food didn't take long to cook.
Will definitely go back again.

We took advantage of the buy one fable mushroom burger and get one free offer. The restaurant was so busy as it was the last night on offer, yet the service and staff were amazing and faultless.
The mushroom burgers were delicious and a really great vegetarian option. My favourite burger ever is the fable spicy cheeseburger. I will definitely be back to eat more of these burgers. So happy I have a delicious option that I can enjoy.
Pretty decent burger joint the staff do the place a world of good 😊 we enjoyed our experience. When something went wrong with one of our orders they went far beyond our expectations to make it right a definite thumbs up and will definitely come back
We weren't impressed with the burgers here many years ago. Tonight, our views changed completely after each of us sank our teeth into the burgers. Each burger was delicious. Although it was a bit pricy it was worth it as all of us got happy meals. The chip was good too. By the way, the surcharge on public holidays is 15%. Cheers! (2021-09)
Best Burger I've had since May 2021, if more places had gluten free options here in WA it would be better. But this place (WA) is way behind the times.
