Delicious halloumi on sourdough with poached egg !!
We didn't go with high expectations, but honestly, the food and service were not bad at all. Good coffee, Nachos were delish (and big). The chicken pumpkin pesto sandwich was not exactly gourmet, but not bad for the price. Banana bread was very good too.
Overall, worth a visit if you want to have a decent sit-down meal when you are out shopping.
First time trying CC's dish. I picked Pulled Pork & Spinach Eggs Benedict and Mocha. To be honest I thought franchise cafe's food would be standard or even below. But it's actually not bad at all. Eggs was perfectly cooked, oozy egg yolk. Hollandaise sauce was delicious. Pulled Pork although didn't look appealing was alright and not dry. I wished they cooked the spinach, minor issue. Presentation wasn't their strength unfortunately. I had unpleasant coffee at different CC shop the other day and almost skip ordering one on this occasion due to bad experience but decided to give it a go. My friend was right, their coffee was much better and I really enjoyed it. So I now have a better perception about franchise cafe food. Would give it another go next time.
