A lovely little cafe with great selections of breakfast menu items. Foods all cooked well and the spinach and feta was delicious. Staff are lovely and friendly here. Dog friendly little cafe in the heart of Armadale CBD, vast menu choice, great and attentive customer service. Surprisingly excellent coffee! Had a smashed avo, huuuge portion size.. the meal wasn’t too bad, wasn’t great either, as it came completely plain, I mean no salt/pepper, not a single trace
Great little Cafe, very popular. Good coffee and food. Come here often. The coffee cake deal I had today was great and the hummingbird cake was amazing! Only $8.50. My grandmother was happy with her coffee and cake also. Have had food previously and always been great, never disappointed.
Great coffee, welcoming atmosphere and lovely customer service. My favourite place for all day breakfast and the burgers are great.

Ordered from here for delivery plenty of times. The food quality was always great. They have always gotten the order notes right.
As for dine in it is an enjoyable location right next to the well maintained park to relax and enjoy some good food and drink.
Food is delicious, drinks are good BUT everything takes forever as they prioritise UBER EATS orders over in house orders. Some of the staff seem to be under trained but are very polite and respectful.
Food was average, but overall experience was worse. Long wait time when the cafe was not very busy, half of the drinks were only brought out after reminding the staff and long after the food had been brought out. The waitress was quite unprofessional as well.
