Did not listen to what I asked for an order I said 6 inch not Toasted and get asked footlong and it assembled for toasting
Lady went and got lettuce as other prepared the order with the salad and added copious amount of ranch even tho I said I wanted it on the meat not the bread because it makes it
Made three separate orders and each one was wrong, one had the wrong bread, one had garlic when specifically asked for no garlic which is unacceptable as I could be allergic. Couldn't taste the cheese of the toastie over the sheer amount of garlic sauce. Not happy

Disgusting that the Armadale WA store is imposing mandatory proof of vaccination when it is not a requirement from the government to do so! Discrimination at its finest. No other Subway stores are doing that so my business will go elsewhere from now on.
When we order through Uber eats or Menu log they often substitute items without advising first. I ordered 3 cookies for my 3 small kids and received 1 x 390ml bottle of Coke? Yesterday The customer service is terrible very rude and disrespectful and the girl was working there she is absolutely bad I went yesterday to buy some food with my friend and we forgot our mask on the car and then the girl said I can’t serve you because you don’t have a mask and then I said sorry
